The poll you created makes no sense.

Question: “Scam or legit”?

Answers: yes or no

haha, your comment is more interesting that OP's  poll..  Grin

Anyway, my answer to this is not scam because they have been here in many years and they keep their reputation in tact.
We have an active community here and if there's an evidence of fortunejack scamming, they would have already painted with red trust now.

yes . this is why i also voted for not scam  . i dont see anything wrong about the poll .   those who think they are right and didnt get paid can vote scam but for those who didnt experience a problem , they can vote legit  .  btw ,   this is not the first topic that i see that someone complains   .  before there are also thread stating sportsbet was a scam and many other more  . some of them are only making a false claim and want to destroy the repuation of established casino 's

FortuneJack is so old as a gambling site and is a legitimate one. There's no question about its legitimacy. Although, the question of yours, it's misleading because of there are 2 questions that are opposing each other and its only answerable by yes or no.

Anyway, ask yourself if you did have multi-account on their site? If you do then you're the one that is wrong.

That seems like a violation that you committed. Uses more than one account with the same IP. If that according to the site is prohibited, then you have violated it.

Why every time there is a case on a gambling site, which always reports is a newbie account. Are they afraid to declare the site guilty with the original account.

They have been harassing me with adds, and I didn't remember any negative reviews, in fact I remembered good ones. Now I finally deposit, and when I go to withdraw they accuse me of multi-accounting? Has this happened to anyone else, or anyone know how I can clear this up? I might have had a really old account that I forgot about, but I'm really careful to never give online casino's an excuse to scam me?

Maybe you really create more than 1 account on there site using same IP. I also encounter this issue last year and admit to them that I have 2 accounts. In my case, I didn't use already my first account for almost 2 years and I forgot already the email and password that used so I create new account to play again. That is my explanation to them and they accept it. They just delete my old account and process my withdrawal smoothly. Until now, I never encounter this issue again.

PS: If you use the referral link of your old account to your new account then I believe its a different case.

No and I have no idea on why you even had the idea of them scamming you.

Before, I had the opportunity of representing them through their campaign signature for 5 weeks and they paid consistently throughout. I also even participated on their gambling website and I had no issues with claiming everything. Plus, they have an excellent service and you could message them if you have a problem with regard to your payments/deposits.

One case is if you registered or accessed the site in anyway using a public IP address where someone already registered using the same IP address as yours it would appear that you are multi accounting

Hi Mate
I also made an account a few days ago, after winning the bet then I made a withdrawal and they said the same thing "multi account"
I answered the e-mail and said that I never made more than one account and asked them to provide proof
A few hours later they processed my withdrawal.

So in conclusion they will freeze all new accounts, but if you can prove that you don't have more than one account then the withdrawal will be processed.

They might be having this mentioned in their terms, but this is completely an unfair rule. Once after winning it is their money and here the fortunejack team should not try to control it. When the user tends to withdraw it needs to be processed. Requesting to prove that you don't have any other account is simply annoying. No gambling sites should do this, if their policy is to have one account the users should be requested to prove it prior to the betting.

I don't request loans~
You can try reasoning first with their customer support and explaining your situation to them. Going here and asking if they are a scam or legit isn't gonna really help you resolve your problem since even if they are, they aren't gonna return your deposit. Answering your question, yes, they are a legit gambling site that is pretty heavy with the existence of bitcoin. Try contacting their customer support mate, should resolve your problem

then that old account might be the reason why they accused you of multi-accounting. there has been a lot of accusation made to to fortunejack yet they are still
one of the most trusted gambling site today. I had an account in fortunejack and played in their site for a while but I never encountered any problem during that time.

Have you created more than 1 account using the same IP? If yes, then you are really having that multi-accounting violation which majority of gambling sites or other any service do prohibits on.

Theres nothing you can do if they do decide to hold or freeze your account since you violate their ToS.Unless if they do reconsider you out but depending on the level
of you had violated but if they do see some abuse like on giveaways or bonuses then better not to think about chances.

he said he might have had a really old account that he forgot about.

Lol indeed, two questions in one and if the first answer it's no, the second is yes and the other way around.

But I never had any trouble with FJ when I was playing there.
