Ledger or Trezor wallets remains the best  to consider. Hardware wallet keeps your funds safe while you have no business with wallet being compromised. You only have to be careful enough to avoid physical damages or misplacing it. We might have other more safer wallets in the future as the space never seizes to evolve
You are replying to a very old post, but it may be worth mentioning that ledger is not a recommended hardware wallet, because of their many lies, lack of care for customers' data, and the fact they think extracting and sending customer's seed phrase to third parties is a good thing to do for security. It would be great if member's in this forum stop recommending ledger, the other day Dapps using ledgers connector library were compromised, if you want to buy a hardware wallet, there are better alternatives, or you better still set up your own airgapped wallet.

Freewallet has lots of accusation threads and reviews, so no. AFAIK, they're well known at least for scamming by abusing the KYC policy. If you are looking for a good Bitcoin wallet, go for Mycelium or Electrum. Or, even better, buy a Ledger or a Trezor. Smiley

To protect users from being scammed, we ask you to delete application data.
I'm not sure who are you talking to here. Are you asking the forum mods/admin to help you submit a request to the Play Store etc to delist it? I think you'll find better luck by posting it on other social media like Reddit. You can make a new thread if you need more votes instead of bumping this one too, since the topic is quite different already.

Alternatively, just follow what has been suggested above. A member already made a thread against them so you can simply support them.

Please remove Freewallet multi crypto wallet!

(https://apps.apple.com/us/app/freewallet-multi-crypto-wallet/id1274003898), Ethereum wallet by Freewallet (https://apps.apple.com/us) from the AppStore /app/ethereum-wallet-freewallet/id1126843840), Tether wallet by Freewallet (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/tether-wallet-by-freewallet/id1394509043) and other applications of this developer.
Under the guise of crypto wallets, the administration of the Freewallet website came up with a fraudulent scheme that allows them to steal clients’ money. As soon as the user replenishes the balance, the wallet administration blocks the withdrawal and then ignores the victim’s requests and messages. Hundreds of people were deceived in this way. On large platforms and forums (Bitcointalk, Reddit) Freewallet has an extremely negative reputation. To protect users from being scammed, we ask you to delete application data.

Definitely not! They're scammers.  Freewallet left me with an extremely negative impression. After KYC, my account was locked for an incredibly long time and I didn't even get an adequate explanation of the reasons. Customer support was unhelpful and I almost gave up hope of getting my money back. If you value your finances and nerves, avoid Freewallet.
This advice might be a little too late, but if not sure, always look for reviews and recommendations from members in the community before putting your money somewhere. Free wallet is a web wallet which is one of the most insecure and least recommended. To make matters worse, they are custodial and will lock up your funds at whenever they wish.

You can explore through different much better wallets here;
1. https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet
2. https://walletscrutiny.com/

Focus on open source and non-custodial wallets

My wallet has been registered via email.
I have not used it for more than a year. There was a bit of NEC and ZED.
When I couldn’t sigin with my mail, I wrote to the support and they told me that I had to go in through my mobile number. When I entered through the mobile balances were zero, but I can not enter through the mail.

Although there is a registration letter and correspondence with support.

This money just disappeared.

For a long time I did not have the opportunity to use FreeWallet. How can I recover my FreeWallet now?

I have doubt also that this OP shilling Freewallet.org.

Did you follow the link that OP posted? Because it sure sounds like shilling to me.

Maybe not, take a look at OP's post history : https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/nennanem-2745868

He is simply trying to increase the post counts from random news links from cryptogeek website or he simply trying to bring some traffic to his own blog, so this question is not a legit one! Huh

The opportunity provided by Freewallet and Changelly can make the lives of those who rely on cryptocurrencies a little bit better. It helps to relieve expenses and to save time and nerves

It will definitely save nerves when Freewallet inevitably keeps money hostage until the user convinces them to release it.  Roll Eyes

Most probably that one of those victims from this Freewallet are newbies. I have doubt also that this OP shilling Freewallet.org.

I am searching for s good wallet, and I'm exploring freewallet, what do you think about this wallet? I found an interesting article about , it says it has got a new additional features https://cryptogeek.info/en/blog/off-chain-coin-swaps-by-freewallet-and-changelly, is it good? Will you recommend to use it? Maybe, you can advise some other good choice.
To be honest, that isn't interesting. I'm one of their victims before they are freezing my fund just like what most other users of freewallet.org had.
Costudial wallet for Bitcoin is very risky part, as suggested above it is better to use the non custodial wallet for safe storing in your Bitcoin. Remember that, if you own your private key and password, it means the coins your stored is belongs to you. Dont be a next victim.

Most of the topics you share with us are solved. IMO, it's a good and quite reliable wallet. At least, I've never had any problems using this app.

For an account with very, very few posts a weirdly high proportion of them mention Freewallet and how super cool it is. That's an odd look for anyone. No one has problems until they do and with a real wallet there are no problems to be had in the first place.

Both him and the OP act like they're shilling for Freewallet. Seems like negative experiences which people write are about their service are doing its job in keeping at least some people away.

I agree, although is is a open source wallet, https://github.com/jdogresorg/freewallet, there are some accusations about them:

Freewallet is SCAM
Freewallet.org is SCAM !! DO NOT USE THIS WALLET !![Solved]
FREEWallet.org BIG SCAM, THIEF'S ( Don't use any of their iOS or Android APP )
FREEWallet.org is a SCAM!!(solved)

So I will be cautious using their services, if there is one that I could suggest, it will be Electrum: https://electrum.org/.

Most of the topics you share with us are solved. IMO, it's a good and quite reliable wallet. At least, I've never had any problems using this app.

Coinbase is best even if they do go down frequently. Your money is protected up to 250,000$ and is Bank backed

Your dollars in Coinbase are insured. In theory the coins in there are insured too but only if they themselves are hacked, and only the hot wallet. By far the more likely scenario is that you're hacked in which case you're covered for nothing.

You also have the same issue of handing complete control of your coins to them.

Looking at your post history, it seems like you're somehow related to cryptogeek. Sorry but I'm a bit skeptical and feel that what you're actually trying to do is to increase the traffics of that website.

Anyway, any web wallet is a no-no if you care for security. Don't trade that security with some simple features like an instant exchange where you still have to do some KYC in the end. That's just useless.
