Sorry to hear that after four months your case still hasn't been resolved, and based by the Freewalet's practice up until now, I don't think that you have much options othee than going through KYC in order to get your funds back, unfortunately.

One thing I don't get though is why you decided to use Freewallet as you are as you said " privacy-conscious person and don't want to perform kyc procedures." as in their TOS its stated that they can ask for that in certain situation. I fully understand that their request for KYC is most likely a bullshit way to get people out of their funds, but you should have been more careful before you decided to use them.

I don't think that they will change their mind just because of that as their account has been tagged & flagged already, and here on bitcointalk they are pretty much considered to be a scammy wallet that should be avoided.

This is most certainly not a valid excuse to withhold customer funds. If you won't let the customer send their funds elsewhere, they should at the very minimum be able to send them back to the address that sent the initial deposit. It's amazing that your website hasn't been confiscated yet.

If you are a privacy conscious person then freewallet should be the last type of wallet you should ever opt to use. It's a custodial wallet, and they will choose to block your funds and ask for KYC whenever they please.
If you want full control of your funds and private keys, next time try using noncustodial wallets like Electrum, coinomi, jaxx liberty etc

There are already a lot of complaints against this wallet and it is easy to understand by looking at their profile tags count. Because they have been doing their shady activity for a long time.

I don't know why you chose this wallet to hold your fund If you are not interested in kyc, then there are many more wallets that are easy to use and free from this kind of Bad activities.

If you were privacy concerned person, why would you use such wallet and why would you use USDT? Anyway, they have been tagged for shady reason and it’s likely that you have been ripped off.

it is used by many people. I don't know if they work systematically.

People with a low balance will probably leave them alone.

If you work with high amounts, they may scam you.

It is difficult to estimate how they work. There is always a risk to get scammed.

they have been scamming people since 2017. dozens of scam accusations and complaints against them posted on this forum and around the web. but yet still newbies and illiterate people use this website. it's not even a good wallet in term of user friendliness. there are so many other good and easier to use wallets available and still people choose them.
are they luring people by giving some free money or what? why would someone choose it from so many other wallets?
