I don't know about that, fixing my life with gambling is just not a good option for me.
I think when I am playing and beeing greedy than it will wreck my life.
But I don't just gamble for money so yeah, having fun is almost the best thing to play gamble.

Yes many people are starting gambling just to fix their dreams as an extra earning source which can be performed in free time and that too in pleasureful way. But in realty gambling is turning their life wrecked by addiction on gambling.
That is not true. It depends on their own personality. Some of them can control it and they will get profit and some of them will going rage, this thing will start with a good profit or may be more than you expected but in the end this kind of person will end up losing too much. Most of people have this second state because they always want to have a good profit but that is not something good

im more of the opinion that frequent gamblers, especially the ones on this forum, all have problems with self control. not just the addicted ones either. they knowingly jump into a game that, to their knowledge, favors the casino and is likely to make the player lose in one way or another. yet, they keep coming back with another wad of cash to throw away. it begins to sound like stockholm syndrome or something. True. But there's a difference between those who gamble with purely the aim to gain money/crypto and keep trying when losing streaks build up, and those who do it for fun and consider their stake lost anyway. If one loses and roughly thinks "Crap, I lost. Gotta compensate that now ... !" then one might very well be on the highway to (financial) mayhem.
I think for people who is lucky they can fix your money, because if you win a million a day than is awesome.

Yeah gambling is a bad choice if you are always losing. Holding bitcoin you can make more profit than gambling.
Gambling is fun when you can spend money with it and have fun.

Even though I've lost more than I can afford to lose on gambling, it didn't wrecked my life (so far I guess), instead it helped me to kill boredom and have fun when feeling stressed. Well I admit I don't find it fun way back when I can't control myself and lose a lot but I already learned from it and now I am gambling moderately to minimize my losses. Profits I gained were just considered as a bonus.

There are a lot of crazy and sad stories here in Bitcointalk, someguy who bought every BTC above 500 bucks and saw himself broken if the volatility of the coin; another guy who wanna travel around the world only spending BTC; this forum is very ecletic

i believe that gambling your money can only wreck your life as the possibility that you would win a lot of money is very low and most probably you can only loose everything what would leave you without money and it would be hard to live then from the money you have left
This remembers me the dark days when i was in this "sport/hobby" it wrecked my life a bit but the fact that i left it fixed my life.

Some people win alot by gambling but that just a small amount of people not everyone will get that kind of luck
Exactly, this is 100% the wrong way to gain something in life, specially money.
Gambling is in no way going to help you fix your life. It can wreck you're life if you don't moderate yourself on how much you're spending on gambling. It's nice to set up a budget for yourself. To me personally, it doesn't effect my life directly. I always set up a budget for myself that I can spend on gambling, if I've lost all that money that I simply stop gambling. Some people get addicted and can't stop to gamble because they believe they can win their money back if they keep trying.

But...... don't follow the one that became success in making money in gambling because entirely its purely luck and of course I doubt that winner spend all of his winnings to do gambling again. I think others that won big in gambling already make businesses out of it that made their life better. But only for a few percentage.

You are right. At the end, the gambler just losing up too much whem they start greedy. They want to win more, and of course if not have the luck, they gonna lose. But, seriously i already saw many of people lose a lot of money till they sold everything just to get some money.

You should never begin to gamble to try to fix your life. It will only make it worse. I have fun with gambling, it doesn't really affect my life. I do it for fun and entertainment.

Actually you can do it to fix your life but only play by using your spare of money, not your save money or emergency money or your living money too. If you played by using one of those you will sure end up with fail because you want to get profit again and again but if you play on your spare money, you wont have matter when it lose or win so it will be nothing to lose
