Or vote Trump if you really want a mexican war... Even better!

Right now, there are two choices:

1. If Trump wins - A war with Mexico seems possible, with Los Zetas, Gulf Cartel, and the Sinaloa Cartel ignoring their differences to form an united front against the Americans.

2. If Billary wins - The United States merges in to Mexico, peacefully. Spanish becomes the only official language, and the national anthem is changed to Himno Nacional Mexicano.

Will Hillary Clinton’s Emails Burn the White House?

Counterintelligence specialists suspect that the former secretary of state wasn’t the only member of the Obama administration emailing secrets around.
Hillary Clinton’s email problems are already causing headaches for her presidential campaign. But within American counterintelligence circles, there’s a mounting sense that the former secretary of state may not be the only Obama administration official in trouble. This is a scandal that has the potential to spread to the White House, as well.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation can be expected to be tight-lipped, especially because this highly sensitive case is being handled by counterintelligence experts from Bureau headquarters a few blocks down Pennsylvania Avenue from the White House, not by the FBI’s Washington Field Office. That will ensure this investigation gets the needed “big picture” view, since even senior FBI agents at any given field office may only have a partial look at complex counterintelligence cases.

And this most certainly is a counterintelligence matter. There’s a widely held belief among American counterspies that foreign intelligence agencies had to be reading the emails on Hillary’s private server, particularly since it was wholly unencrypted for months. “I’d fire my staff if they weren’t getting all this,” explained one veteran Department of Defense counterintelligence official, adding: “I’d hate to be the guy in Moscow or Beijing right now who had to explain why they didn’t have all of Hillary’s email.” Given the widespread hacking that has plagued the State Department, the Pentagon, and even the White House during Obama’s presidency, senior counterintelligence officials are assuming the worst about what the Russians and Chinese know.

EmailGate has barely touched the White House directly, although it’s clear that some senior administration officials beyond the State Department were aware of Hillary’s unorthodox email and server habits, given how widely some of the emails from Clinton and her staff were forwarded around the Beltway. Obama’s inner circle may not be off-limits to the FBI for long, however, particularly since the slipshod security practices of certain senior White House officials have been a topic of discussion in the Intelligence Community for years.

Hillary Clinton was far from the only senior Obama appointee to play fast and loose with classified materials, according to Intelligence Community insiders. While most counterspies agree that Hillary’s practices—especially using her own server and having her staffers place classified information into unclassified emails, in violation of Federal law—were especially egregious, any broad-brush investigation into security matters are likely to turn up other suspects, they maintain.

“The whole administration is filled with people who can’t shoot straight when it comes to classified,” an Intelligence Community official explained to me this week. Three U.S. officials suggested that Susan Rice, the National Security Adviser, might be at particular risk if a classified information probe goes wide. But it should be noted that Rice has made all sorts of enemies on the security establishment for her prickly demeanor, use of coarse language, and strategic missteps.

However, Clinton should take no comfort from the fact that others may be in trouble with the FBI too. Just how many of her “unclassified” emails were actually classified is a matter of dispute that will take months for the FBI to resolve with assistance from the State Department and Intelligence Community. The current figure bandied about, that something like 300 of the emails scanned to date by investigators contained information that should have been marked as classified, is somewhat notional at this point, not least because the Intelligence Community has yet to weigh in on most of them.

Spy agencies typically take a harder line on classification than the State Department does, including a tendency to retroactively mark as classified mundane things—for instance press reports that comment on security matters can be deemed secret—that other, less secrecy-prone agencies might not. That said, there’s little doubt that our intelligence agencies fear that the compromise engendered by Hillary’s email slipshod practices was significant.

Although it will be months before intelligence agencies have reviewed all Clinton emails, counterintelligence officials expect that the true number of classified emails on Hillary’s servers is at least many hundreds and perhaps thousands, based on the samplings seen to date.

Excuses that most of the classified emails examined to date are considered Confidential, which is the lowest level, cut no ice with many insiders. Although the compromise of information at that level is less damaging than the loss of Secret—or worse Top Secret—information, it is still a crime that’s taken seriously by counterintelligence professionals. Most of the classified emails that Hillary and her staff seem to have compromised dealt with diplomatic discussions, which is a grave indiscretion as far as diplomats worldwide are concerned.

“Of course they knew what they were doing, it’s a clear as day from the emails,” opined one senior official who is close to the investigation. “I’m a Democrat and this makes me sick. They were fully aware of what they were up to, and the Bureau knows it.” That Hillary and her staff at Foggy Bottom were wittingly involved in a scheme to place classified information into ostensibly unclassified emails to reside on Clinton’s personal, private server is the belief of every investigator and counterintelligence official I’ve spoken with recently, and all were at pains to maintain that this misconduct was felonious.

It’s clear that many people inside the State Department had to be aware, at least to some degree, of what Clinton and her inner staff were engaged in. How far that knowledge went is a key question that the FBI is examining. The name Patrick Kennedy pops up frequently. A controversial character, Kennedy is the State Department’s undersecretary for management (hence his Foggy Bottom nickname “M”). A longtime Clinton protégé, Kennedy is believed by many to be the key to this case, since his sign-off likely would have been needed for some of Clinton’s unorthodox arrangements.

Described by more than one insider as “the State Department’s J. Edgar Hoover,” Kennedy is a figure of mystery to many. “I’d put talking to him near the top of my list,” explained a retired senior FBI official, a career counterintelligence agent. “Would Kennedy go down for Hillary? Maybe,” he added, “But will some GS [General Schedule] or FSO [Foreign Service Officer],” meaning a career State Department employee, “go down for Hillary? I doubt it. The FBI will get someone to talk, we always do.”

Where the FBI’s investigation of EmailGate is headed is anybody’s guess. The Clintons do have a long history of hanging tough and outlasting scandals. Obama’s Department of Justice may be able to quash prosecutions, no matter what the FBI finds. But it cannot stifle Congress. And more than one committee is interested in Hillary’s emails, far beyond the Benghazi investigation. Congressional investigators are looking into issues beyond classification, to include possible dirty financial deals orchestrated by Hillary when she was at Foggy Bottom, to benefit her husband and the Clinton Foundation.

“This was about a lot more than just some classified emails,” a senior Capitol Hill staffer told me, “and we’ll get to the bottom of it. But we’re happy to let the FBI do the heavy lifting for right now.” Although many on Capitol Hill are frustrated by a lack of information sharing by the White House about EmailGate, and many other matters, “This is different,” the staffer opined, “now the media won’t let go—and the Bureau definitely won’t. I wouldn’t want to be Hillary right now.”

Another cause for concern is the rising number of questions emanating from even generally pro-Clinton media outlets. Now that the Washington Post has reported that Hillary indeed both sent and received classified information on her personal account—despite her protestations that she did no such thing—this is not a scandal that sufficient incantations of Vast Right Wing Conspiracies can make disappear. While Clinton loyalists may defend Hillary to the end, that may be cold comfort given what any rigorous investigation of EmailGate might turn up.

The Clintons’ plan to counterattack Obama

The president holds the cards and they are damning

Has the Clinton counterattack against President Obama begun?

The Clintons have never taken a political hit lying down. But given their weak and panicky reactions to Mr. Obama’s current, well-orchestrated hit on her — the FBI investigation into her alleged mishandling of classified material as secretary of state — they have appeared to passively absorb the escalating attack. Until now.

As he presses his attack, Mrs. Clinton has two choices. Option one: fold early and negotiate a mild end to the investigation in exchange for dropping out of the race. But Mr. Obama is not a forgiving sort, and now that he’s drawn blood, he’s likely to go for the kill.

That suggests that the Clintons are going with option two: fight him — as part of an elaborate, unspoken negotiation between them over their secrets and futures. That requires a plausible defense. Their go-to strategy has always been to blame others, or inanimate objects such as documents, servers, “processes” — and to designate a fall guy (or gal) to take the rap.

This is the well-worn path they now appear to be pursuing to try to escape Mr. Obama’s ever-tightening political and legal vise.

According to a well-placed source, the four known documents at the center of the FBI investigation are deeply problematic. (They came from a relatively small sample; with each new email dump, there are more questionable documents.) Some of the documents appear to have had no original classification markings.

A critical point: the federal government classifies by information, not by marking; that is, if a document contains obvious classified material, ie. information provided by a foreign government, it is automatically considered classified, even if it isn’t marked as such. Mrs. Clinton knew this — or should have. Further, the federal government could not classify material that originated with her since they had no access — or knowledge — of her private server.

Some documents have also been manipulated. Their classified markings have been removed or changed, which would explain why she has changed her public statements about what was in her possession — and when. Initially she claimed unequivocally that there “was no classified material.” She now says, “The facts are I did not send nor did I receive material marked classified.”

This appears to be the basis for her defense: that some of the documents’ classified markings were removed or changed — without permission — before she saw them.

By whom? There are only three people who were close enough to her to have had that kind of access: Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills, Deputy Chief of Staff Jacob Sullivan, and her longtime Gal Friday, Huma Abedin.

Ms. Mills, Mrs. Clinton’s Valerie Jarrett and shadowy hatchet gal, is a lawyer, which may present evidentiary issues for the government as much of her communication with Mrs. Clinton may be privileged.

Ms. Abedin, who has had her own issues involving her husband, former Rep. Anthony Weiner, her family’s alleged ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, and her extracurricular employment activities while at State, is not a lawyer and may be more exposed. She lawyered up recently, but like Ms. Mills, she knows too much about the Clinton Foundation and Bill Clinton operations and how they mixed with Mrs. Clinton’s State Department (and server) to be sacrificed.

This leaves Mr. Sullivan, the outsider. If it’s true that he is cooperating with the FBI, Mrs. Clinton may try to smear him as a John Dean-style rogue, who either didn’t alert her to unmarked classified material or removed the markings himself and is now trying to save his own hide.

So: Mrs. Clinton may claim ignorance, blame the documents and her former lieutenant and dare Mr. Obama to charge ahead.

Sound familiar? It’s the Whitewater strategy. Mrs. Clinton knows how to manipulate documents and designate a chump. Like a game of Clue, the Whitewater documents were found years later in the study with Col. Mustard and a pipe. She got away with it then, but unlike Susan McDougal, Mr. Sullivan isn’t prepared to go to prison. Does he have a smoking gun, or is he merely providing a he said/she said scenario out of which they both will skate?

The Clintons must also go on offense, meaning possibly threatening Mr. Obama with her knowledge of any relationship he may have had with the Clinton Foundation donor network, the lies about Benghazi, and so on. Whether or not their side of this highwire negotiation works depends on what leverage they have against him.

It also means threatening anyone who gets in her way of the nomination. In a panicky attempt to scare off other contenders such as Vice President Joe Biden, she claimed that she already has substantial (but easily changeable) delegate support. While it may be tough for her to directly attack Mr. Biden, she may choose to attack others close to him to get him to think twice.

Can the old Clinton nuclear strategy work this time? Her poll numbers are dropping, and she has consistently underestimated her adversaries, Mr. Obama and Mrs. Jarrett, who have already activated their plan for a Joe Biden (or whomever else Mr. Obama may bless)- Elizabeth Warren ticket — which reportedly has Mr. Clinton “incensed.” They’re not in 1998 anymore.

If Mr. Obama holds the meaningful cards in this bloody negotiation, he may greenlight a special prosecutor or indictment of Mrs. Clinton. They are in a political death match, for their own futures, and the future of the party, the Obama revolution and the country. It won’t end until one side is destroyed.

In this “Game of Thrones,” it’s now “game on.”

Ex-Clinton aide expected to plead the Fifth before House panel

A staffer who worked on Hillary Clinton’s private email server while she was secretary of State is expected to plead the Fifth rather than testify before Congress.

Lawyers for Bryan Pagliano indicated the former IT employee will assert his constitutional right under the Fifth Amendment not to answer questions from the House Select Committee on Benghazi, citing the "current political environment."
Pagliano is scheduled to appear before the House Benghazi Committee on Sept. 10.

Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-Md.), the ranking Democrat on the panel, said in a statement that the panel's investigation of Clinton’s private email server while at State is politically motivated, given her presidential candidacy.

“Their insatiable desire to derail Secretary Clinton’s presidential campaign at all costs has real consequences for any serious congressional effort,” said Cummings, ranking member on the Benghazi Committee.

Top Clinton aide Cheryl Mills is scheduled to be deposed by the committee on Thursday.

Clinton is under fire for her use of a personal email server during her tenure as secretary of State.

Voter concerns over Clinton’s personal storage device are gradually eroding her support across multiple national polls.

Atlantic magazine editor Steve Clemons spun Hillary Clinton's use of a private, unsecured e-mail server as the natural, "defensive" reaction to being "under political assault" by people like Ken Starr. On Tuesday's Andrea Mitchell Reports, the MSNBC contributor exonerated, "We don't know exactly what the rationale is, but there was a certain defensiveness that makes a lot of sense when you look back at how under assault the Clintons have been."

Clemons allowed, "This is a family, you know, a franchise, if you will, that has been under political assault for a very long time." The journalist insisted that in the wake of the Clintons's battle with Ken Starr, with Whitewater and the "constant conspiratorial atmosphere around them," using a separate e-mail server "was an act of defensiveness to try and protect some bit of their terrain from enemies that I think they feel are embedded all around them."

Mitchell began the discussion by reading an involved series of exchanges between Clinton and aide Huma Abedin. Government tech officials were confused as to what Clinton's actual e-mail address was. Making an actually salient point, the Andrea Mitchell Reports anchor opined, "So, Steve, her original explanation was this was convenient. This hardly seems convenient."

Further justifying, Clemons insisted that the then-Secretary of State was "dealing with lots of people who had come just out of the Bush administration."

A transcript of the exchange is below:

ANDREA MITCHELL: Now, Huma Abedin, the closest aide of course and long time assistant and moving up the ranks with Hillary Clinton. At one point, she's e-mailing with Clinton, "do you know what this is?" And Abedin, says, "your e-mail must be back up. What happened is Judith sent you an e-mail. It bounced back. She called the e-mail help desk at State, I guess assuming you had State e-mail and told them that. They had no idea it was you, just some random address. So they e-mailed. Sorry about that. But, regardless, means your e-mail must be back. Are you getting other messages?"  So, Steve, her original explanation was this was convenient. This hardly seems convenient.

MITCHELL: Congress, the press?

CLEMONS: It could be someone who could tear her down. It could be people working in the government. You know, we don't know exactly what the rational is, but there was a certain defensiveness that makes a lot of sense when you look back at how under assault the Clintons have been.

Victoria Nudelman worked for Dick Cheney and did so well in helping scam through the Iraq war that Obama of course felt that she was just the ticket for screwing up Ukraine. So there you are. Failure is success and war is definitely peace.

Hillary Clinton Repeatedly Originated And Distributed Highly Classified Information

A review of recently released e-mails shows that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton repeatedly originated and distributed highly classified national security information. Clinton’s classified e-mail missives were not constrained to State Department staff, either. She also sent classified information to Sidney Blumenthal, a former Clinton White House operative banned by the Obama White House.

An analysis by The Federalist of e-mails released by the State Department late Monday shows that scores of e-mails sent by Clinton contained highly confidential national security information from the beginning, even if they weren’t marked by a classification authority until later.

The original date of classification of Hillary’s e-mails can be discerned by noting the declassification dates noted next to redactions in the e-mails. Under a 2009 executive order signed by President Barack Obama, classified material in most circumstances is to be automatically declassified after 10 years. In some instances, that duration may be extended up to 25 years. In certain circumstances, classification authorities may adjust the classification duration based on the nature of the underlying information.

In this July 2010 e-mail, for example, the entirety of Hillary Clinton’s message was redacted prior to its public release under the federal FOIA law. The redactions of the material were provided pursuant to a provision of law protecting national security information. The printed redaction code “1.4(D),” cited next to the redaction and at the top of the document next to the official classification date, pertains to information on “[f]oreign relations or foreign activities of the United States, including confidential sources[.]” At the top of the document, a declassification date of July 1, 2025 is clearly noted:

That declassification date is highly significant because it is precisely 15 years after the date on which the e-mail was sent, rather than the date on which it was marked.

That is because under federal law, information is classified by nature, not by marking. As a result, federal classification authorities deemed that the information was classified the very second it originated, even if it was not marked as such until August 27, 2015. Also worthy of note is the fact that Hillary’s message is the only content in the entire document that is redacted and marked as classified. This means that she was not merely a helpless, passive recipient of classified national security information; she was the originator. And not only did she intentionally originate the classified information, she intentionally disseminated it via an unsecured, unsanctioned private e-mail server.

The e-mail was classified as “confidential.” According to the 2009 Obama executive order, the “confidential” classification level “shall be applied to information, the unauthorized disclosure of which reasonably could be expected to cause damage to the national security.”

Hillary Clinton’s campaign team has repeatedly tried to dodge responsibility for her distribution of classified information by claiming the information was not marked at the time. However, the nature of Hillary’s secret, off-books private e-mail scheme made it impossible for government authorities to mark as classified any information that originated on Hillary’s private server, since they had no access to it. In fact, one of the newly released e-mails shows that the agency’s IT department had no knowledge of her private e-mail address and server scheme.

In this May 2010 e-mail from Hillary Clinton, another large chunk of her message is redacted under the same 1.4(D) code and may not be declassified until 10 years have passed from the day Clinton sent the e-mail, rather than the date on which it was marked as classified. Once again, this declassification date shows that the information Clinton originated and disseminated was classified from the very beginning, even if it was not marked as such.

The same thing happened in 2009 in an e-mail exchange about Egypt. Once again, Hillary Clinton originated classified information and sent it over an unsecured, unclassified system. Because of its classified nature, the entirety of her e-mail was redacted for national security purposes. The declassification date of November 25, 2024 — precisely 15 years after the classified information originated in Hillary’s e-mail — shows that the information was considered to be classified at birth.

Hillary’s classified missives weren’t sent to just State Department personnel. She also disseminated highly classified information to private citizens who did not have security clearances. In this 2009 e-mail exchange, for example, Clinton sent confidential classified national security information to Sidney Blumenthal, a shady former Clinton White House operative who the Obama White House banned from federal employment:

The bulk of Hillary Clinton’s message to Blumenthal was redacted, under codes 1.4(D) and 1.4(B) because classification authorities determined it contained classified information “which reasonably could be expected to cause damage to the national security[.]” As was the case with other e-mails where Clinton originated classified information, authorities determined that the information was classified at birth and did not allow declassification until November of 2024 — 15 years after the e-mail was written and sent by Hillary, rather than 15 years after the information was marked.

The 2009 executive order signed by Obama states that U.S. officials who negligently disclose classified information to unauthorized individuals are subject to any and all federal sanctions provided for by law.
