Here we must look at the project itself. Some of the tokens must be sold immediately, and some of them are hold.

I think, to sell tokens after being in the exchanger is dependent on the current market price, if you need money and the price is high then it does not matter if you want to sell

Hello, everyone!
I want to hear the opinions of traders. Is it a good idea to sell tokens immediately after launching on the exchange so that later, when the price falls, will they be purchased again? Always after the listing on the stock exchange price falls?

Yes, for now the best thing to do is to sell directly once the coins is listed on the exchange becasue mostly investors are selling their coins after it is listed thats the reason why the market value is falling.

This strategy of selling at the first pump on exchange is absolutely true. Simpy sell and buy back at a lower price ( if it's an utility coin )
See the likes of PundiX , Storiqa etc.

If it's all these Airdrop with no utility, sell at any pump ands never buy back because after the pump , it has already caught death.

Many time it is very good to sell token after listed because there is always be a pump when listed and price will be gradually going down after sometime.

It really depends on whether or not you believe the project has a future, there'll always be a proportion of bounty/Airdrop recipients and ICO investors who dump as soon as a token is listed.

Tokenize Fantasy Sports
This is a common mentality of the bounty participants because the fall in exchange rates after the distribution is due to the simultaneous sale of Token. So if you wait, you should sell the Token for about a month after the distribution is much better. The exchange rate will be much higher than the Token distribution time.

Well it depends on the project really
If you see the program of the project and you clearly understand that the price of this project will rise - whyyou have to sell it right now?
Hold and have profit in future
In case of short live projects, just sell them

It all depends on what goal you pursue. If you want to make a profit here and now - then sell, if you want to make a big profit and to break the jackpot - then stick and expect a serious price increase.

On some point where a certain coin is being listed the price do increase compared into its ico price but the movement would always vary on its investors or trader itself. I have seen back in years where most coins pump up when listed but the scenario is totally different as of now where most or all coins listed out dumps all the way and as an investor this is a typical move to be done. Sell out to secure profits and buyback if you can able to see a potential.

If I have some tokens right now i'll sell them immediately as most tokens tend to go down after getting listed. I'd rather take the current price before it goes down heavily in the next couple of days because you'll never know if it can go back to the same price floor. When I joined a bounty months ago I would always sell them right away then buy the coins you want.

I immediately sell the tokens I get, when it is listing on an exchange, I will lose a lot of tokens if I hold it Grin Grin

I still position myself on the other hand, and I do not hurry to immediately sell coins after entering the exchange. Even if I see that the price is falling, but I'm confident in the project - I will hold the coin.

As practice shows, this option has the right to exist. Very many coins after entering the exchange with the beginning of growth in price, and then there is a total fall, and it is not known when from this peak it will get out.

It's very difficult to guess! Sometimes, even after the coin goes to the exchange, the coin loses in value. This is a lottery!

nowadays (after january 2018) it's not a good idea at all. all projects after ico and coming out into exchanges falls down in price in 2-3 times.

no one knows what will happen to a coin that has been registered in exchange, whether it will have a good future or even more drowning. so usually I choose to sell immediately.

I have a strategy for this case.
Example: I'm doing a bounty of currency (Module)
As soon as Module distributes the tokens, I will continue to follow them and keep an eye on the news, so when they drop the token listing and which exchangewill be listed.
I withdraw all my tokens (Module) from "MEW" and deposit in the exchange that they listed.

Strategy: I sell only 50% of my coins at the time of listing.
For two reasons.

Whenever a token is listed on the first exchenge the owners who made bounty / airdrop will sell quickly and some currencies fall drastically, and if you are one of the first can still sell on top. And when the fall is over you can buy with the (money / btc) you sold from 50%

The same works for the sale as well. many tokens have large highs when they are listed. we can sell 50% to $ 1.20 and sell the remainder of the 50% $ 1.50.

This is my strategy.

to sell or hold it up to you and we do not know how the token will develop or not, we may only predict but not necessarily the prediction is true, so for people who need money maybe they will immediately sell tokens after the tokens are in list of exchangers

regarding the continuation of the newly listed altcoin we do not know what will happen, it all depends on the investor, but I think it will still sell the altcoin but not entirely, because the new altcoin still needs a long process to become a potential altcoin

It is a good idea for me but then it is a case to case basis because if the coin I have is just small then I would wait for sometime because the fee might not even be enough for the worth of the tokens sold. I might sell half of the tokens I hold though if I have a large amount so that I can sell it later on when the coin would have a higher value. If you want to buy back when the price is cheaper then it is also a good strategy because you might even get more coins. This is not the case all the time though because when the coin is really in demand then the price might even go higher when listed in exchanges.
