The market is stable from the beginning of 2013. I don't see it changing at all honestly.
But even though it is unstable we all now the potential of bitcoin and yes that is almost a guarantee for a price increase.
Price would go after halving but not sure what would be the price after halving price ups and downs will always follow bitcoin, so its better to hold 1 btc in wallet and keep it safe for the future.
