I think it's not safe because when the market is in a downward trend, most of the tokens go down.

Given that the price of the bitcoins are low, gives the people a scope for further investments I the future to make more money out of it when the market recovers from the dip and the prices go upwards. There isn’t any good or bad coin, it’s all about the strategy.

Remember the majority of altcoin exchange holders will have so many utility usage to the token just like you can get up to 50% fees discount, dividend and many more. it's good also for short term, if there will be something like voting for listing which require buying exchange coin, coz each coin community will buy as much as they can for winning the vote, then the price will rise.

Exchange based coins seems to prosper in both down and up trend. Look at BNB it's rising even in the bloodbath.

You can look up to bnb coin, probably visit peercoin. its below 1 sat and totally dumped too.
