Well in my personal opinion I would suggest to change it in BTC currently it is in 6K I think it will not go down more than this. Remember if the value goes up you get more profit than you expected.

According to me it is better to exchange your altcoins for btc because btc is the huge coin in crypto and most of people believe in btc so that btc is a better option.
if you want to direct use the money, go for usd, because if you exchange yo btc, in the end you will exchange again to usd.

In my opinion, altcoins are more perspective as Bitcoin. I am investing only in altcoins, because they will bring much higher profit than Bitcoin. Find great coins, that are undervalued at the moment, like ETH and invest your money into these coins.
Bitcoin is a very good coin and has the potential of accumulating profit. But w le all know cryptocurrency is volatile and the price cannot be predicted, but it you are willing to take risks, then you can invest in Bitcoin.

I would advise you to trade your alts for bitcoins, rather than fiat as the value of fiat will stay the same, but the value of bitcoins will only keep on increasing in the long run. if you are adopted to crypto market and if you want to continue trading in this market, you should forget about usd. bitcoin is your usd in ccrypto market. you should aim only to increase your bitcoin amount not usd amount.
if I think you better exchange with BTC, because dollar price is very long increasing compared to BTC prices, so if you exchange with BTC then you will get a very big profit compared do you exchange with Dollar.

You have a very good point but the problem with crypto currency is the lack of massive adoption by the retailers and that is the main reason why people have to convert it our individual local currency for us to be able to purchase goods and services. But we need to chage our valuable cryptos for dollars if we want to spend that money, is hard to live only with cryptos now days, and that's because only a small % of business accept bitcoins or altcoins. So, the best move you can do is; change to dollars what you need for spending, and keep in bitcoins what you can hold. That's the wise way to roll.
