There are many good altcoins available but i am of the view that we have to select bitcoin and 5 to 10 altcoins which have strong project and fundamentals from top 50 altcoins and hold them for long term to get better returns.

do you mean the coin earned from the prize ??if it is like that, then I think saving a lot of coins is not a disadvantage, instead we have many opportunities to profit more.
I also have a lot of coins earned from bounty, sometimes if a coin does not have a price, after a few months the price gets better and makes me lucky.
yes, I never sell my bounty tokens before I hold it for a good time. Majority of them I plan to hold few years and then only will consider to sell and see what profit I have made
I sold almost all of my coins. The market is very unstable and so I do not risk investing in an alternative coin now. I prefer to invest in Bitcoin and keep my capital in USDT.
I think it is better to have a lot of altcoin more altcoins you have more chance to earn you need to be patient and you can but also some altcoin then hold it first when the markets back again you can sell any of your altcoin.
To have few will be easier to manage instead of holding a lot of them. Some projects will update their token and we failed to know it we will lose our tokens.

Having many different coins itself does not bring you any profit. You need to make sure that you invest in a good project and if there are many of them, then yes, it will lower the risk. If you think you have made very smart choices, there is a good chance that many good choices will bring you more profit. But this does not mean that you can skip reading whitepapers, investigating who are the team members and asking critical questions form leaders of the project.

it all depends on how much capital we have to buy more types of coins that we will make as a form of investment. but before deciding to invest in some altcoins should do more research on the altcoin we will invest, by choosing a potentially long-lasting altcoin and having a high trading volume. if all the altcoins we choose to serve as investment assets are very potential, it is clear we will gain greater profits and have variations in profitability depending on each coin we choose

its better to have a lot of kinds of altcoins if you can purchase it for yourself, the benefit is, if a certain coin will increase, then you will also have your own profit, but the disadvantage is, if all altcoins will fall, your portfolio will be full of red.
I think it's okay to have many Altcoin if you can handle it and managing it. Also it will be more safer than just in one Altcoin. But I think that invest in only one potential coin is better because you will get big profit if that coin can make a big pump.

Less is better, if it is the right coin. But to get the coins that are really right, one way to keep the odds is to diversify on more Altcoin. I think it depends on how you can manage your coins. If you can take many coins and you can manage it will then it is very beneficial and better. But if you don't know how to manage having many altcoins, then just go with 2 to 3 coins only. It only depends on how are wise enough in managing your altcoins.
you have to secure your funds, and it`d be difficult to do with many coins. also, it`s just hard to look after price of these coins and control the positions. so it`s better to have 3-5 coins.
It is better to have many altcoins because we don't know which one will be more valuable in the future and which one will die. When you have many altcoins the risk is smaller than owning only a few coins which can lose their values anytime, or take a very long time until their prices reach high levels.

Depends. If you are a trader its better to have less as you would need to follow all of them but if you are just holding you can diversify your portfolio more.

If you will have many cryptos to invest, your investment would practically be divided. I think it is much better to have a few but only those that are potent and promising to invest. Cryptos that have already established popularity in the market are those that are promising to invest and hold for years such as Bitcoin and ethereum. The proof to this is the growth on these cryptos's market value from the orevious years.
You do not need to have a lot of different altcoins in your cryptocurrency portfolio. It will be enough to hold 5-7 coins in which you are confident in the long term.
I would be ok with just a few since most of them have no use whatsoever other than for Trading. Around 5 or 6 altcoins (out of +1500) actually have real usage, and about another 5 alts have a promising future...the rest are just dreams and hopes or straight up scamcoins. But at least in the future most of the 'shitcoins' will dissapear and only the altcoins with real and functional use cases will survive.
I prefer many altcoins on my wallet, despite of not having some values, sometimes you're unsure of joining some campaigns that they will give legit tokens or alts, It better if you store some of them, It will vanish eventually when their value is not measured of the market itself, there are a lot of altcoins out there that have greater value, you just need to choose wisely.

For me the more altcoins that you have the better because you never knew what coins will pump up later and you have the higher chance to gain profit because you have different kind of coins. For me there is no disadvantage of having many altcoins. Jump to:
