That is our problem at the moment, looking for a solution to system inequality that has been valid for the past few years, resulting in a lot of losses, and few people who profit from the ICO program, how do you, do you agree that the ICO program is better just deleted
Since the start of the bear market, buy in ICO is no longer profitable because when the coin gets listed on the exchange, it normally go dip down, and such buying after ICO when the token is listed on the exchange is a good move these days because once it get listed, many people will dump their tokens mostly bounty hunters and some investors that receive huge bonuses

As long as you were sure about the project will have a good future, it can be a good decision to purchase the coin after it got listed in the market for the first time, since mostly the price will be dropped (because of many reason). And that is one of the best time to purchase a coins. 
For the current situation of the market it is wise to wait for it to be listed on exchange and wait for it drop. This is the new strategy that is actually working. But some ico giving a big bonus so they prefer it sometime due to the high bonuses. But still f you will compared the price from the exchange let say 2 weeks trading it will decrease so much. The market seems to be not working for ICOs only good projects seems to be closer or above the ico price and those usually dont have any bounty only investors.
Yes I agree with this strategy buy token after ICO and waiting when their listing at their first exchange cause many investor or bounty hunter will sell and it will be dump the price because they want profit quickly. And we can buy at the dip price but before that we should analysis with their whitepaper and roadmap or if not we would see the time for price up maybe longer that we think.
I think it's very risky to buy ico, even though the price is falling and mrah. because the increase in ico prices is not guaranteed, especially if investors do not increase and do not reach the hard cap. I would advise you to invest in altcoin only when prices are falling.

Yes maybe because most of the ICO now are dumping and dumping to the dip when available in the market. Most of investors are being panic when the tokens are available to trade in the market. It will always be a gamble on the investors side considering that we don't know what will happen to that particular token when it hit the exchange. There are always be pros and cons on that scenario. I have seen some of the coins that is very much lower than their ICO price some of these are meetngreeme coin and streamity but people who bought from these should be patient, they have a stable team and they are working on their platform, it's just they have to crawl their way to get into big exchange

the drop is caused by bounty hunters.
It is just so annyoing and frustraiting that teams do not care or just are not competent enough to understand that bounty tokens should be locked for some time or bountyhunters should be paid in eth not to destroy the token price.
So just look what happens with the bounty, if it is ditrobuted before exchange listing and are not locked, the token will be hit very hard.

So if you can catch the dump its better to buy from exchange not from ico. You can buy the coin from exchange by less price than ico price.

Yes it's a good buy but be careful on some Scam ICO pretending that they have real use token- You should seek permission on telegram and most importantly join on an open forum(reddit) for more updates and development that really make the projects solid.
Mostly its nice and better to buy when the coin has been listed on an exchange because most of the coin look promising during ICO but after they are listed the price won't even be up to half of what was expected
Many times price fall the after listing but not every time. So, It's good to buy in ICO some amount and grab the low price opportunity after listing also. In my opinion, this thing will be more good over the just buy after listing.

To me I recommend buying after listing because most ICO projects drop in price badly and that alone might make one go burning. Most projects are promising and has the capabilities to stay strong but when FUD is been spread out or let's say whales gets to manipulate that project then is start dumping hard so I go for buying after listing on EXCHANGER.

In 2018 the best strategy is to purchase after token listing. In 80-90% after token went to exchange price hardly dropped.
