This is true, now practically all ICO after entry into the exchanges have lower price than during ICO. Therefore it doesn't make sense to participate in ICO at the moment. Over time the situation will surely improve.

Yes, it is good because too many cryptos have been dropped lower than the ICO price but it will recover sooner or later but some didn't because it was dumped too hard at the bottom. Just be cautious on choosing altcoins to buy

Well the thing is, i think before getting involved in ICO.I would ask the bounty Manager or Project Owners if, they going to be listed on a decent exchange and if theyre going t distribute theyre token/coin same time with investors and hunters.
Why? Not all but most of hunters are dumpers.
They disregard the ICO Price and just sell and make a profit out of it.
No one can predict market conditions. We saw so many ico have trading below their ico price. Also this year is not very good for ico. So it's depend on the project that how they could handle their token distribution policy. After exchange listing so many bounty hunters selling their coin on the exchange and its makes coins dump and getting a good chance for buy. But it's not happend all the time because if project have a strong background then bounty hunters also understand the scope of the project. So it's really hard to predict to say it. So I think you could save fiat for incase if price drop after exchange listing. Never invest all capital in ico.. So that's a good strategy also. This is just my thoughts.
I think that is a good idea, because indeed most ICO prices fall after entering the exchange. and will only rise in the next few months. So in my opinion buying coins after the ICO project is finished and buying it on the exchange is the right decision.

Most projects give more on ico.. but can also hurt.. monetha is the biggest example of this.. there are many coins like this
the problem is a lot about the ico coins don't close the possibility that we will return to the winning lane or the path to give prizes most of them are stopped by the listing on the Ico exchange

Yes most of the bounty hunters invest in the ICOs when discounts is going on as well as buys the token on exchange when listed. Now a days it has become trend whenever ICO launch their token on exchange the price drops drastically as ICOs management fails to to manage liquidity on the exchange and the trust level of investors on the project is lower due to bear market and past scams in the ICOs. So it's always better to invest at the time of discount during the token sale or better buy on exchange when price drops if the project have potential to perform well in future. I think for now it is good to buy after the token into the market. Because many ico when into the market the price is very low, under the ico price. there is even a coin ico that doesn't enter the market.
That is the strategy that I am using for the last two months. It does not take any sense to participate in different ICO projects at the moment, because 99 percent of them are losing their price, as soon as they are listed on the first exchange. Just wait till that moment and buy deep.
This is a sad statistics, I think it scare a lot of new projects from the ICO.
I've no idea why most of the project price is lower than ico project when listed on exchange, maybe investor and bounty hunter dump their tokens in super low price? so I prefer buy tokens after ICO in bear market, it's also prevent to invest shit project and project owner run away after ICO

I think that only after the ICO and need to buy because the price is likely to be much lower. Now this market is that almost all coins are trading below ICO price
