Looking at the market right now i think this is a big chance since bitcoin price are drop so deep. when bitcoin going up at the end of the year all altcoins will follow it too. So the best thing to do for now is review which coin will you invest, make sure you already study the project before you invest in it..
Most of alts now in a good positions to be bought with a cheaper price. But you have to choose which projects you want to invest in. Do your own research and analysis to be sure you got the promising projects.
All investments will have a very large risk, it all depends on you whether you believe you will buy altcoin with current or not market conditions, my advice is to stay patient until the best time to buy the altcoin comes, the best time is when the market stabilizes and continues go up. If that time has come you can invest in altcoin, but I don't specify that you have to invest now, I just suggest and I can't analyze when the best time will come.
I believe that now more than ever is the best time to buy. This is because we are experiencing a bear market and the whole market is in a blood bath, so if you buy now, you will get your coins at a low price.

First of all if you put an investment in crypto you need to avoid your fear, control your emotion, invest on what can you afford to lose. Don't buy if you don't have been knowledge about the movement of crypto market because it may cause of panic for you. The price of all coins now are cheap, if the coin that you choose are having a potential I'm pretty sure that it's worth it.
I think that buying coins is a very risky move because the market is not stable you can lose all your money. I think you need to wait a couple of months and look at the state of the market

Now all cryptocurrency markets are start to up there price after the bad market condition. Iam also lost lot of money in this situation. But i never sold eny coins yet. Iam strongly hold my coins till market stable. 
I don't think there has been a significant increase in the crypto market, and more than 53% are still dominated by bitcoin, you should delay your desire to buy altcoin and prefer to btc
I believe now is the perfect time to buy any altcoins because their prices are down and if you buy them now, you will make a lot of profit when the market rise.

It's not and i will try to suggest you waiting for the dip and then it will be a very good time for you to buy altcoin. We are still in the green zone and always try to consider the green zone as the best time to sell rather than buy. The bearish trend should always be considered as the buy zone and this time just be patience for the next bearish trend.
If faced with two choices between btc and altcoins,I tend to take btc.. but there are still many who think that this is the right time to fill an empty bag.

not at all altcoin you can buy right now. you must go to altcoins website and analized of the project. And then choose your choice.
If you chose carefully, then yes. The risk is that some projects could lose a lot in the short term, and to go back is really hard. ZIL is a great project, but have lost a lot since they change their roadmap. Kyber is a great project too, But have lost more them 60% in the last month.
most probably yes, because you cannot generate good profits in bull run, the very best time to buy altcoins is in bear season, and this bear season happened now is the most dip ever, most of the coins are falling into the very dip. it is up to you if you want to risk your assets now. but for me, you cannot gain/get any success without this work "risk".
Did you mean to buy tokens since the bear is now next month and the alts will increase
