You can if you find someone willing to sell it to you at a lower price but that person would be on the losing side. Only reason why someone would do that is if he is in need of cash fast and for some reason cant or doesnt know how to use an exchange.

Hey yes one can definitely buy at lower prices, even lower than the exchange prices it’s not difficult just requires more efforts than usual. I would suggest you to look into currency section here on the forum, post a requirement to buy it in bulk and you should get your desired amount. Lastly you can even check at Local Bitcoins many times I see people post low prices for selling, but before you start a trade do your due diligence about the seller.

Cashback 15%
This is OTC trading, and you need to manually find someone who would be willing to sell you coins at below market price (which rarely happens anyway considering that most would want profits). Most of these exclusive deals are done in bulk trades, so it's almost impossible to see someone willing to sell coins to you at a discounted price. Also usually, these things are done in an auction: large coins are being sold outside the market in order to not crash or inflate the price accidentally. Better just stick in an exchange and place a buy order and hope for the best.

Compare rates on different exchanges & swap.
I have experienced this severally on centralized peer-to-peer exchange.  I wouldn't want to mention the exchange name for privacy reason.  Buyers there tend to buy Bitcoin way below the real price and probably sell them on other exchanges for normal price . I stopped using the exchange upon discovering it was a chronic problem.

If I would buy Bitcoin or any other crypto coins at lower price than exhanges, is it possible?
Where?

Unless someone is being generous, exchanges are probably the cheapest places to buy BTC because they are the most efficient.

Also, be very wary of sites that will sell you BTC at big discounts or offer to buy your BTC at much higher prices because they are probably scams.

Unless OP is willing to become a victim of scammers then he can continue to look for much lower price from exchangers lol 😂

OP you can check all the exchange and don’t just focus on single one then you can compare whos the lowest of them all

OTC deals are very common and sometimes you can find large dealers that are willing to let bitcoin go under spot if it adds up to be a better deal for them factoring in the fees that exchanges charge.

I know a site that is buying at a high price, I do not know why but you can sell one BTC for 4743.76$. Coinmarketcap price =
We BUY your btc for  4743.76 USD/btc

There are some similar sites but the price is a reflection of the extent of the individual's willingness to pay for one BTC, so you will always find a difference in price.

I can not guarantee that this site isnot scam and will not steal your money.

I think you can buy from someone who is willing to sell you at cheaper rates then then current price, but use escrow service to do that, also stay away from scammers. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.

OTC (Over the Counter) Trades happen all the time. They are generally cheaper than market price if in a bearish scenario. Just Google "OTC BTC." There are many exchanges that provide this.

If you want such privileges you have to be careful about it because the only way you can get them is through direct trade which is risky, that is why exchanges are preferable because of security.
You'll either place a buy order on an exchange or look for one who's willing to sell at your buy price, which would be difficult.
Apply safety measures when trading directly with someone

IF you want a lower price then exchange then you need to go for p2p. There is a huge difference in the price between the sellers and buyers, you can take profit from it. Also, There are many people who sell BTC for a lower price for fiat in this forum too.

It's possible, but most likely people who sell BTC lower than exchange price have various reason (from legal, gray and illegal reason) such as :
1. His/her coin is tainted (comes from dark market, illegal activity or victim when someone pay him/her with tainted coins)
2. He/she want to stay anonymous or don't want give his/her identity to anyone
3. He/she wants to scam other people
4. If he/she trade BTC with gift-cards, there's probability the gift-cards obtained with illegal method
Those are real problems..

I would buy at lower price not for sell after in exhange..
I haven't problems about payments method, so, I asked myself if is possible buy at the "source".

Exhanges where take/buy coins? Mining?

Thanks for your answers

Of course it's possible. It's people/traders/bots who are selling on exchanges. Different people would sell at different prices. Different exchanges will usually have slightly different prices. So you can always compare and look for the lowest. And usually when someone has a lot of coins to sell. It cannot be done without moving the price on exchanges. So he/she might be willing to negotiate a flat price lower than market price with a counter party. For this kind of deal, you will wanna look in OTC sites.

Definitely you can.

But it won't be too low from the base price of exchanges or price indicators for bitcoin/altcoin. I have experienced this before when someone was in dire situation and he just want to sell it directly with anyone because it takes time to withdraw through an exchange.

It depends on the situation.

I don't think one would sell if he is aware on the current price and knows how to use an exchange.
There's no way you can find a place like that mate, just buy on exchange price and just wait for the right timing when price is dumping.

The same reason mentioned by ETFbitcoin technically applies to any crypto that you want to buy. If you can buy lower than the current market price, then it's quite possible the seller has some reasons that make them can't sell it for market price (not always bad, as mentioned by pooya). Another reason is that they need quick buck but they don't know where or they can't access the market. For example, a bounty hunter who sells ICO tokens for 0.1x ICO price.

Just be careful if you want to buy top coins, it's definitely shady af if somebody will sell 1 Bitcoin for $100 if the market price is $3k.

it is not like that all the times. for example whenever i want to sell bitcoin for local currency (fiat) i do it off the market because i can't use exchanges with all their KYC, it is not about me wanting to be anonymous or having dirty coins, it is about me not having any other option. and when you go off the market people are always giving you a deal that is best for them so that they can earn profit which is understandable. so you end up selling your coins at a lower price and them buying it at a lower price than exchanges.

Of course it is, on localbitcoins you have person to person trading.
You buy/sell at whatever price you want of course when both sides agrees.

Look for people in other markets that are willing to sell bitcoin for lower prices(e.g. social media, forums, people irl, etc); or set up buy offers with your preferred prices yourself on sites like LocalBitcoins[1]. Mostly though, if you want to buy bitcoin for cheaper, chances are that you'd have to buy in bulk.

Anything is possible in a strictly technical sense, but the likelihood of you finding this opportunity at this point in the game is pretty slim. Anyone that would be willing to sell you Bitcoin below market rate could easily get the market rate and make more money, so it doesn't make very much sense for anybody to do this (especially on a routine basis). Making money isn't as easy as going to some BelowMarketBTC website and then flipping it on an exchange, so if that's what you're looking for then don't waste your time.
