The chance is always possible, but i don't think this is right place for your question (I believe most people on here aren't interested and have no any hacking skills). For me, hacking is really a bad way if you want earn some btc or money, just gamble by fair and square or get a job if you want earn some money (Is it your main goal for hacking a site, right?)

It is possible to hack a gambling site but the question is, is it possible that you can try to breach and surpass their security? There are even more hackers that has darker plans but I don't think it will be easy for an individual to do this. Why not just gamble the usual way and win some decent amount if you are lucky enough and lose for a while, and recovers it afterwards.
Every technology become worthless at some point, what means every security system can be hacked, cheated. It's possible, but for the technology we have disponible now and that casinos use they are safe, but nobody knows what technology others hold...

Hackers are found everywhere in all sides. Some does it on their interest, some make it for a bigger and better earning stealing someone's money which is a crime as mentioned. But security is good with our gambling sites and other related exchanges to keep the users out of the risk of losing.
First of all gambling sites aren't just investing with their total bankroll. Their major investment for building their own casino is with security. That's why they know already that there are people that are thinking if they can try to penetrate within their system. Where do you have in mind to hack? people are stealing/scamming other people on a daily basis then after posting about possible casino hacks people now are straight and legit even suggesting to lock the thread

Do you mean us, as in we, or US ? Eh, it is possible to take advantage of some flaws which you might find on a website, but why would you do that ? That is equivalent to stealing. And posting on a forum about the intent is damaging as well. 
Oh man that greed that you are feeling. And this thoughts of yours is very bad indeed. Of course, you can hack a gambling site but you need some vulnerabilities of their system and exploit. But I doubt gambling sites are keeping all the bitcoins in there, and probably keeping it offline for the sake of security. That's why they double check every big win and if they suspect that you exploit or hack their system. They wouldn't pay you because of the violations.

I think it was done before but I am not certain which site it was. I cannot remember anymore. What you are thinking is a bad idea. What you can do is a white hat, where you hack the site and look for vulnerability and report it to the site when you found one. I think the site may give you some bitcoins if you pointed out a security risk in their system.

That is a very bad thought and hacking is a regarded as a crime every where in the world and you must not say or think about scamming any website or company by hacking their system. I really do not appreciate these kind of behavior and you must close this topic in my opinion.
