That possible to happen that smart hackers or us if we have skills on how to hack gambling site. Most hackers will attack if they know that the site has a system bug problem and it is easy for them to enter the wallet of the gambling site. Simply yes,but a gambling site with good security feature will not face these siituation.I don't know any reputed crypto gambling site got hacked in the recent days so it means most of them are good at their security level and keep spending lot of money to concentrate on their security in future as well.

Since gambling sites are made out of customized softwares and its possible that it can be hacked internally if you are really that good hacker. You can also have a physical hack if you can find the pattern on the series of winning on the gambling game. It can also be cheated but it takes a lot of observation and experience.
