I may say its still a good time to buy alts and join good ICOs since btc and ethereum is still cheap. I'm expecting the cryptomarket will recover in the months to follow. I don't think btc value will keep on dropping forever, the time of waiting is tiring but once btc pumps up again.. It will be worth it.
You can buy altcoins with small amounts even though you are worried about the market situation, at least with a small amount if traded many times you will get a decent profit.
This post was from 2017 and we're already on 2019 which is going to be a nearly 2 year gap for the posts. Reversing the situation from that year and today's situation, it's the right time to buy alts. Alts are cheaper now compare to 2017 and so bitcoin does.
look at the data, open the chart and also do the calculation, is it really a good time to be able to make a purchase or not because we know that everyone has a different opinion so you yourself have to do your own research
Every bear market has its end and it seems that the bear market is ending which means it is the point of maximum profitability. If you buy now, you may end up with 20x average profits.
yes i think so a lot of project are undervalued right now with a really huge potential but also some of them will be worthless in the future than be aware with your decision 
maybe more of them will not be useful in the future. we can see now, the existence of a new project or token that starts platform publications may be around 1 year, after which they will disappear and no more traders trade their assets.

Some altcoins are showing extremely robust demand and have bounced off their bottoms and have remained stable for over a couple of months;
now would be excellent timing to consider making new entries to some of the promising names in the Altcoin space.

I think if there is an opportunity, it means that it is worth buying ten more different coins, the risks are minimal, if you buy in parts, averaging the value of the coins.
Alts have always been a gamble. If you are not the one makin profits (in btc) then somebody else is .
if you want to buy an altcoins for long term investment this will be a good time because the price is so low making us so easy to afford many altcoins, but we must think carefully before investing because the market is not stable, we could easily loss money if the market fall again.

It's hard to know if now is the right time to buy altcoins, the market is unpredictable because of the large number of speculators that sell immediately when prices rise, unlike 2017 which most investors continue to buy.
guys...alts are bleeding ? great discounts going on, which are tempting ...but since btc gold on oct 25th and later nov first week btc hardfork coming...so ppl move their stash from alts to btc to get free money as result of fork.... so is it right time to jump in or wait few more weeks and buy right before fork? share your thoughts

Already the prices are increasing in the market which is a very good idea to buy those low valued coins in the market because once the price of Bitcoin starts increasing surely the prices of altcoin will start increasing. So it is always good to buy the coins when their prices are very low in the market.

it's true that in the current situation the crypto market requires capital or large new funds to enter the market so that it can make the situation better and the bearish trend can leave soon.
