In my opinion it's just matter of time when we will see $1000 per 1BTC again. I hope it will happen in first half of 2015.
Difficult to say. Looking back when this thread was new, you could easily have waited for $280 Bitcoins, we're even now lower that when this thread was started. I often think about how - at some point - we'll never see prices this low again. Or maybe $368 ever again...
It's very subjective. Do some research, watch some docs to get an idea of it if that helps, and invest when you feel comfortable with you knowledge.
BTC dies every year... It is reborn every year too, bigger and better than the last. To be honest now is not a bad time to be holding BTC, it's a perfect time to jump in, the price ALWAYS goes up in either November or December

Not sure if we will see a new rally this Nov, as in last Nov though.

In a few years (maybe?) someone will be in your shoes saying: "I wish I was there to buy $350 bitcoins in 2014
". Never a bad time to buy if you truly believe in the currency and hold through the dips and crashes.

sooner or later something will happen. if I had cash now I would buy btc. no doubt

Buying now could be good. Its better to buy than not to buy...I think.

It sure is actually. Just liking any other currency.Over the long term bitcoin's expected value should increase. However due to unknown things happening this isn't always the case.

This is as good time as it gets. BTC at 350 USD is a bargain, many people are stacking up on cheap coins right now.

Just do a search in google trends for Bitcoins. Some technical analysts would say that it is bottoming out based on the news 
If you have spare cash and you are interested in btc, you can invest.
