It entirely depends on your investment objectives, time horizon, risk tolerance and fundamental understanding of the individual cryptocurrencies and the underlying blockchain technology. I think when its price goes down invest in that. It makes you rich....
As far as what I've read it is still not too late to buy bitcoin and especially now that the price is decreasing it is best to buy them if the prices or value is low. I just bought myself a couple of bitcoin to hold on for a couple of years. Hoping around 3-5 years it'll profit like what I am expecting it too.
There is no late to buy bitcoin if you think that you can generate income at the current price just buy or invest but for now it is not advisable to buy bitcoin because of the incoming event in bitcoin which is splitting it has a big effect on the price of bitcoin.
IMO, it's never too late to buy Bitcoin. A few years ago, people who thought Bitcoin was too expensive and didn't deserve the appreciation it received must be pulling their hair out of frustration now. You might think that Bitcoin's current prices are way too higher, and no doubt they are so for many people. But 5-10 years from now, who knows a little investment of yours from today may turn you into a tomorrow's millionaire? Because the only way for Bitcoin from here is upwards.

If you want to buy Bitcoin, just do it! Why do you even want to wait any longer? If you're planning on holding onto it for long term it shouldn't matter anyways if the price drops or not, because its doing great right now.

May be you posted week back this but i could recommend it is the best time to invest in crypto currency and wait for long time. It should be long time investment if your really looking for short time then there is no best time only luck matters.

Yeah i guess too bitcoin already reach its limit in the market but i guess if the segwit become successful in the market no doubt that there will be still a hope for everydoby in the market for the bitcoin investors but still i know and i belived in bitcoin will pump in the coming months.

It's never too late to buy BTC. It's always a good time to buy bitcoin but not always for long term investment. Bitcoin is good for a great deal of things, buy it and spend it.
If Bitcoin is able to gain the same amount of tx/s like VISA or Mastercard, that's when you are going to see the price rise
