Somehow. The effect also is either good or bad.. People might use their investment to buy something they need or withdraw it so they will be able to have extra money on them just in case.. Or people may invest more and more so they wont be needing fiat money as fiat money transfers virus.

Of course, this is often bad because with paper money the market won't return to its former position due to the impact of the Coronavirus on the business. If the coronavirus is prevented it'll return to its previous location Market whales have lost their control.

It is just bad.

Just look at this article and it will all tell you how bad it is. It is just in our country, how much more to other countries that are greatly affected by the Corona Virus like China and Italy. The stock market is really affected by this, despite the dump of Bitcoin last week, it is not recovering proving that it is not that affected by it.

Well, it is a circle isn't it? When there is a fear, the stocks fall, when stocks fall everyone sells, when everyone sells the stocks fall and it keeps going like that.

Even companies profits are like that, when there is an economic fear people react according to it and not spend too much, when they do not spend too much companies do not get their money and when they do not get their money they don't profit and when they don't profit there is actually a reason for economic fear, so it all circles back to beginning.

Whatever you fear in finance will result back in that fear becoming true if you have the numbers. If enough people think that dollar is worthless people, it will be a worthless paper, don't ask me how because if 7 billion people today say that "we will not use dollar anymore" that will make it worthless, we won't but the theory is there.

Is it true that Corona Virus may effect trading?

Is it true that Corona Virus is affecting Cryptocurrency trading? If so then I have some ideas which may help to prepare the vaccine in short period of time to control the Corona Virus. However I am unable to find a forum where I may share my ideas.
It does because day after this post market slides down very hard and all that pointing is Corona virus effect on market.

Even stocks exchange are now shut down because of the Community distancing so there is no trading in real life happening now and with this the crypto market reacted bad as well and now we are just starting to rise again.

Maybe we will see good trading movement after the cure found but for now?expect this and more dumping and small pumping as whales surely manipulate the prices

Of course they are influential after being declared a pandemic by WHO. If it is true that you have the competence to help or have ideas for making vaccines, you should immediately contact the nearest hospital in your place

We don't know the answer yet maybe no or maybe yes, but in my opinion I don't see any connection between the trading and the Covid19 what we are experienced of the whole world and everyone will be in danger.

But what I've noticed is when that virus spread to the different countries the price of the bitcoin snd most of the altcoind starts decreasing almost 30 percent of the price of the value of the month dumped. But maybe that is coinsidence bit there is no one can prove of what is happening in the trading market if it's related to the Corona Virus  or not.

Since corona virus affect people, including the traders' health; this it can affect cryptocurrency trading. It doesn't affect it directly but rather in a different way. On the other hand we can see that the crypto market is halving again in which there is no certain reason but Im guessing because people tend to transact more likely with crypto since they can't go to the bank due to lockdown.

I am totally sure that the virus and the pandemic have had a great effect in the great fall of all the markets, including that of Bitcoin, it is fundamental of great influence in the markets, because it obeys to create panic, it is reflected in all the Bitcoin's sales and price drops, so if it affects, by the time the cure is ready, the market will rebound.
Hoping for the best after the cure was invented, but due to this situation better to have a good assessment before riding to any position that you think you'll be placing your investment.
Corona needs to find a good cure and after that the entire market will be healthy once more. Even there's no direct relationship between this virus and Bitcoin financial institutions are being affected and more investors are pulling thier money from any market.
A lot of assets evaporate from this epidemic and it frightens investor sentiment. I'm not sure when this epidemic will end but the predictions will probably last until the end of this year and you need to be more careful when choosing to trade during this time.

However, I am still very optimistic because this time is a very good opportunity for me to buy some cheap coins and if lucky, I still earn double profits in just a short time.

Not that much, In my country kiosk to buy Bitcoin is temporarily unavailable due to COVID, also remittances that accept bitcoin cannot be used because of lockdown.

Online payments are the only options here. Once this is over, hard cash to btc can be exchange instantly again.

Uuhm, the outbreak of Coronavirus is affecting every stocks in the market, and assets . Stocks like gold, silver, other precious metals and other things have all been affected by the outbreak. You might be right about that, it’s likely that a lot of people have stopped trading right now. The decrease in price made everything to be worse, a lot of people might be afraid to be trading at this time because they fear they might lose their money.

But, if you still check the cryptocurrency market you will notice that there are still lots of people that are buying, the buying rate I saw on Coinbase today is 72%, so people are still buying. Long term traders (Hodlers) would see this as an opportunity to buy at a low rate.
They still have confidence when choosing to invest and when the market is down, it is a great opportunity for people to invest again. I think that at any price, there will be buyers and that is what every investor wants when joining this market. I think the epidemic may only affect the psychology of investors and when this is over, things will soon stabilize. Personally, I'm still optimistic and still invest in some of the coins that I consider to be potential.

Personally, I do not understand how coronavirus can interfere with trading.
Will it infect the servers of all major exchanges and disable them?

Even if the market continues to fall, it will only open up more trading opportunities for traders.

You can express your ideas here or in a branch devoted to various kinds of ideas.
I think investor sentiment is greatly affected by this disease and investors tend to panic a lot during this time. In addition, markets such as stocks or forex are heavily affected and this is definitely a very bad time for investors.

However, if you are holding fiat, this is a great opportunity for you to invest in some cheap coins because many of the coins in the crypto market are very low.

As of now, investors are effecting a lot in the market due to Corona Virus, people who converted to USDT when the price of Bitcoin was around 9000$. Even it is a great opportunity for investors to grab the opportunity but still, there are huge chances for the Bitcoin to drop its price even lower.

At first I've thought that the calamity wouldn't affect the cryptocurrency trading and the whole crypto market at all. Yet recently the market went red, as the virus spreads throughout the globe. Despite the fact that trading crypto doesn't require any physical contact nor done in a certain place where people are crowded, what makes the market itself (the traders) really is a huge factor. And with the calamity continuously spreads, many must be careful first and have their own priorities as well. Some may have still find a way to trade, yet some have different mindsets than the others. Therefore, it had affected it so much.

If you do lost a big portion of your portfolio then the thing you should do is doing average down. Not familiar? This is a forex term where you do
buy on dip to compensate or break even on what you have lost. Its still a choice though because not all would really consider on buying yet
you cant really avoid not to be afraid to risk on.

I think by now it is very clear that the COVID-19 is affecting and will affect trading. And the reasons I think this are: most people won't be able to go to work and for those who are self-employed but can't work because of the quarantine no money will be coming in to pay for their day-to-day expenses so saving for investment/learning to trade/trading generally won't be an option for most of these people. On a global scale not having people into work means reduced GDP and thus most countries will hit recession. All of this is bad because there will be not much spending going one, never mind investing or taking higher risks.
This is the sad fact or the hard situation for those people who do rely fully on their salary- or in short no work no pay thing.
Lots have been affected but we dont have any choice.
