I think that investing into NEO is very risky. Do not forget that NEO is a chinese project and China is not crypto friendly. So everything depends on Chinese government and that is not good.
Is NEO still worth investing in? I have my final $150 and I'm not sure if I should buy NEO or ADA
I am equally confident in these coins and I see in them a great potential for the next year. Both projects deserve attention!
I think Neo still has good potential to be made an investment, moreover getting support from China, of course this makes neo have its own point, if you believe that investment in neo soon does, because it is postponing something that is sure of course the results are not good, because who will enjoy the results in the future is yourself

agree with you, Neo is still worthy of use and in my opinion Neo is a good coin like Ethereum. if you want to invest better you buy it now because now the right time the price is currently low and Neo is also very suitable for the future. NEO has grown so fast that in the future I am sure its growth will be better so many are interested and investing.

NEO has great investment potential. It is very similar to ethereum. With NEO platform users are able to issue and trade assets and tokens are distributed to prove ownership of an asset, rather than the asset itself. Aside from than, NEO has the support of the large Chinese market.

I think that NEO and ADA are good coins, and choosing the right one will be difficult, most likely you have to split the amount into two parts and invest in both of these coins.

In MArch 2018, at the time of your OP, it was probably not Worth since the market was in the early stages of a bear market. Now that the price has retraced much lower, it starts to be quite interesting to invest in NEO again.

Cardano has a great technical basis, but a lot of developments are still ahead, I see it only as a coin for the long-term hold. I like Neo because it has a strong team and a good roadmap, so this project is definitely worth investment. But is is not a good idea to invest in a single coin - I suggest you to split your funds between some coins, including Bitcoin.
Worthy alts are so hard to be found but I suppose NEO is a very good chance for the investments because its increasing price is very promising for it.
