I think it's definitely worth it. But as for your choice between ADA and NEO, here I will not tell you exactly as I think both of these coins are worthy for investment. If your doubts are so tearing you apart, then invest 50% of your capital in each of them. Thus, you will double your chances of success and certainly will not lose. If I were you, that's what I would do. Why choose between worthy if you can have them both? Right?

In the event that I were you I would offer priorty to purchase NEO rather than ADA. I am thinking not to defer any longer to purchase NEO at the earliest opportunity since cost of NEO is less right now. I think NEO is going to see a high buying pressure in the next 10 days because of NEX ico sale starting. NEX is using moving average to set it's NEO/GAS ratio which will be announced in the next 24 hours or so. So a lot of people might decide to buy NEO now for the ICO sale thinking NEO price rise.
I'm personally looking very much forward to NEX.

I even find NEO better than ETH right now, but NEO price is too low for its value So I believe NEO future price will reach 200$ in 2019 or 2020, and will pass ETH into the best altcoin.

I see there great potential in NEO like in many other cryptocurrencies. NEO is pretty similar to Ethereum but both of them are still in their infancy. The time will show how the projects will develop. Before we see any significant applications it’s hard to say for 100% sure whether these coins will succeed or not. It also depends on which coin the big masses will prefer.

I would buy ada right now, it seems like NEO is also at a really low price but it doesn't seem like it could grow that much in the next months, you could buy it if you are aiming for really long term profits, but over all ada looks like a more polished project.
