I have never known how to evaluate NEO. Last year I felt annoyed because I missed NEO. But this year's NEO performance is particularly bad, so I don't know how to express this feeling.

you know there's new ICO's working on the NEO platform every day, right? It's a proven project thats extremely undervalued right now, like in the days when ethereum was still at 150$ after rising up to 390.
In my opinion, NEO is still worth investing. I personally earned a lot from him. It is a coin that is ok and if you decide it is a good choice because the rest altcoins are questionable. Today is hard to say in which is smart invest your money, because everything is falling.

Sure it is when china left ico bans then will NEO skyrocket and people who dont own will only watch it going.
I bought some more at 16 dollars not quite the bottom, gutting to watch it fall from 150 dollars to it's value. With the China backing hopefully it should come back up.
I have NEO and ADA. NEO is a very promising project, popular in China and even called Chinese ethereum. And I like Cardano too, for strong team and ambitious project.
