It is time to invest in Neo. It was like 15 $ and then reverse pattern happened, so now Neo gat back to 19. I consider reverse pattern wil be drawn in 2 weeks more and then I expect powerfull reverse

I don't agree with you. NEO may be undervalued, but it is not dead. It still has a lot of potential in it and the low prices now will deliver good profits when the market recover.

I think NEO coints are worth investing in, even though it's not as good as ethereum in its development but this neo I'm sure that in the future it has good potential, if you believe you invest in Neo
