NEO and Cardano look promising, but I think NEO has the advantage in this case, it seems really reliable and with a lot of back up currently, both of them are kind of down at the moment so you better choose both and hold them for some time.

I would not advise investing in Cardano. I think NEO is a good investment coin, especially now.

I think it's worth it, because neo I think is 10 top alcoin is very good for us invest. maybe for the time being neo fell or red but if we invest in the long term it will give big advantage for you.
