Is NEO still worth investing in? I have my final $150 and I'm not sure if I should buy NEO or ADA
Yes, $ 150 is too small an investment. But in this case, I suggest all the same NEO. Neo-block is no worse than etherum. And a more promising coin.
neo is the lowest price as of now it is worth investing and accumulate the coins at the lowest price the coin is gaining the reputation and coin have price movement we can expect the coin growth to 1000 dollars by the end of this year
In my opinion, If you want to invest in NEO, I think you can also use some of the funds to invest in Ethereum. The potential deal is huge. Because I am always optimistic about Ethereum, and I think its strength is even stronger. You should know that every time a bull market arrives, it starts with Bitcoin and Ethereum.
I think you can buy both of them, because you will never guess which coin will be able to grow and at what point.

I would rather choose EOS over this two candidates. If i have to choose between this two, NEO is definitely better than ADA.

Azura place I will buy Neo, I believe in strenght of their blockchain, ADA is a good option too, but comparing those two, I will eventually choose NEO above ADA.

Choosing between Cardano and NEO I will prefer NEO. I like how Choina love their own things and how they pump it,and maybe if they decide to make NEO first trusted crypto in their country - it would be a rocket. And they are thinking about it 
Can’t imagine why NEO is prices so low with working products and Dapps when compared to pumped coins like EOS that’s valued 4X and have the power to reverse transactions and close EOS accounts.
