Yes, now is a good time to invest in NEO and hold coins at least until the end of next year.

both are good and have potential in the future. but if i should choose one of them, i will choose for cardano (ADA), especially their platform which always has fast developed.

Right now I think it's better to wait a bit and buy lower (just my opinion looking at the chart). It can fall so hard they will rebrand back in Antshares, lol.
Yes neo is definitely a good investment, we have seen a lot of great projects coming with NEO blockchain like DBC, ONT, ZPT etc, and all these projects are considered best of best. Plus you can earn free Gas for holding NEO and there is no fees at all. You can send and receive NEO, GAS or NEO tokens unlimited times without spending a penny.
The answer is yes. NEO competing with other top blockchains as well. They have a good team, they are obeying the rules and regulations globally. NEO is a chinas ethereum. They are also updated everytime in development.
Neo is a good coin when compared to Ada, this is my opinion though. Neo is working in increasing thier TPS as it will make the blockchain more scalable. So for me, I will go for NEO.

reasonable if you are currently hesitant about the NEO potential because the price is low and has no development but i think NEO is still worthy and still have a good future this is all happening just because of the market impact so you should buy now because when the market goes back up you will get plenty profit

NEO blockchain is amazing invention, try just to look deeper than just on the price tag. And you will see that NEO is indeed still worth of your investment money.
As for me, there is nothing interesting in NEO blockchain. It is centralized (7 nodes) and can be easily controlled by Chinese government. Of course you can trade this coin and get profit but i don't think it is good idea to hold this coin for several years or more. Better buy Bitcoin.

NEO blockchain is amazing invention, try just to look deeper than just on the price tag. And you will see that NEO is indeed still worth of your investment money.
In my opinon NEO is one of the best coins in the cryptocurrency market. Morever, the project is great and the growth potential is really high. This coin most advisable coin for investor.
While the price does not start to rise, it's worth buying NEO. And I do not recommend investing in Cardano, it's very risky.
Do not forget that it's technologically better only on paper) As soon as it gets to the point (at least once a week) any ico lay down the entire NEO network. And given that the ico on NEO is not nearly as popular as the ETH, the platform is absolutely not ready for anything more or less serious.
In my opinion NEO has already shown the most powerful growth. ADA has much more potential for now, I hope the geeks from ADA will realize that practical use-cases are also important.
I think NEO is stronger than ADA with their technology and with their clout in the industry so far. IOHK is great but NEO was able to go from mere cents to over $100 in less than a year. Impressive growth.
I think you are right and NEO did very impressive run. Right now NEO is one of the most undervalued coins and is also one of the coins that will make the greatest runs when the market recover.
