Actually you investing in NEO will have to be patient enough for you to have your profit, NEO worth investing in if you can hold for long, but not for short term investment.
Is NEO still worth investing in? I have my final $150 and I'm not sure if I should buy NEO or ADA
Both NEO and ADA are worth investing. NEO is much better coin than ADA because it has its own platform where you can build coin on its own chain, just like Ethereum. Technically speaking NEO platform is far better than Ethereum. So i will go for Neo instead of ADA.
I decided to invest in both of these coins, as both projects are quite promising and it is difficult to choose between them, since everything will depend on what investors like more.
The choice is quite complicated because there are other coins that are now promising and I would probably chose Cardano, because judging by the rate of this coin, you can confidently count on the increase in price. That's my point.
We will see a lot of interesting and cool projects on NEO, many teams will choose NEO more often
I also noticed that the NEO team is very active in developing its product and actively interacting with other market players. NEO has certain problems but they are not global and this coin is one of the best for long-term investments now. 
I think NEO has a great potential. It's no as big as Ethereum yet, but it also offers a quality platform for running ICOs and creating smart contracts. Despite ICOs on NEO are not that numerous, they are often of a high quality. Take Asura Coin (https://asuracoin.io/). Asura is going to be an extensive platform for eSports and is already supported by such big players as Twitch and Alibaba Cloud.

I think Neo has the potential to dominate the Asian markets if it works alongside the Chinese Government in the near future and rapidly scales the adoption of their blockchain technology. I believe that Neo is at a fraction of its potential price and will certainly compete with Ethereum in terms of market share. I personally have invested in both Ethereum and Neo, as no-one can predict which blockchain will be widely utilized first.

I think NEO is still a god investment option, the Coin as a solid operating platform and its blockchain is just as efficient, there is still a huge growth potential for NEO especially in ASIA. with such a huge population, it might attract a lot of value overtime., it will however need lots of patience as it wil take time for it to fully realize its potential

If you can not decide which is better to buy NEO or ADA, then invest in both coins. This is the best option.

$ 150 is a small amount for investment. But if you plan to invest for a long time, then NEO is a good choice.
