when it comes to Bitcoin and Ethereum everytime is a good time to buy. Except at their all-time high values. Over the time Ethereum has proved its worth again and again. Currently, it is trading at a very low price compared to its all-time high value. Definitely its a buy time.
It is at a low price now so this is a good time as any to get some ethereum in your possession. buy now so you do not regret it later..

currently ethereum is down, and actually this is a good moment. because we can buy it at a cheap price, so we can get it in large quantities. but now and hold it until it will be profitable

Ethereum, after hitting the same $1300 price can easily follow the same patter, albeit the time period can be compressed or expanded. I have plenty, but wouldn't mind picking up some more near the $100 mark. At $280 I'm not touching it.

Probably there won't be better time to buy ethereum and that's why i am going toinvest all of my savings in buying ethereum for a long term!

buying ETH is a good idea. but while the market is falling, it is not worth buying ETH. later, when the market fall is over, you can buy ETH at a cheaper price and in larger quantities.

The price of ETH is currently very cheap. Even this price has returned to the base price in 2017. I think that by 2018 this lack of cryptocurrency enthusiasts. I think that now is the best time to buy Ethereum. I do not think that the price will go lower. Maybe a little more, but not much. I am sure that this year this coin will rise well in price. A lot of good announcements are planned by the developers.
I would advise you to look for other good altcoin to invest in, because you have already missed the boat. I don't think ETH can still increase more than x30 at most, but you can find altcoin that will moon

It`s always a good time to buy ETH, but now you can buy ETH for an especially low price ( near $300 ). If you want to invest in ETH - it`s better time for this. Also, you can invest in other promising coins.
