I am not sure, eth is too unpredictable now and its price can't be pomising in this case. We have to wait when it will become more stable and higher.

The problem now is many ICOs failed ineth platform some of them scammed with investors. And that's why somehow it's effects eth price. Eth has popularity and its uses in many cases that's why it's still keep the 2nd . But as first investment eth is good and the price is at the bottom. So if you buy now it will give some profit.
