I think 120 dollar for ethereum was a really good time to get into the market .If you didn't invest at they time then I would suggest to invest a small amount now and wait for couple of weeks to see how the market moves.
The market situation is still in fluctuation which we cannot able to say when they are going to become stable, mostly Bitcoin is consolidating at the 3500$ but many experts are predicting the price of Bitcoin will go even deeper but we have to prepare for everything before start investing. But still, it is the right time to enter and start accumulating the good potential coins in the market.
It seems that the market has groped the bottom and stabilized somewhat. I think that after a while the thaw will begin. It's time to buy coins. In addition to leading altcoins, I like ADEX from a really developing project in the field of advertising business.
I think that now is one of the best times to invest. the market is still low and growth will start soon therefore I advise you to buy alts
There is such a category of people who constantly doubt and are afraid to take the first step towards their happiness, the same situation happens when it comes to taking the decisive step and investing the necessary amount to cryptocurrency, such people will doubt endlessly and will always wait for some better time in their opinion, but this time that will never really come.

No one knows the right time in this market. It looks like we're at the bottom right now. But something happens, a ban comes in, you see, we've fallen. So you shouldn't invest without a good rise.
It might be a little late to buy because the lowest point is $ 80 and is now in the range of $ 130-133, but you must trust your instincts that you might be able to buy coins now to save before bullrun arrives.

My candid advice to you Will be that you should buy or better still wait a bit because I still see the prices going down further before snapping back sharply. I see a number of events that potentially could affect the price of Bitcoin and indeed the altcoins. I see the possibility of Bitcoin reaching $10,000 this year. More adoption of cryptocurrency in many more societies will for sure guarantee a better performance for the industry. 
The new year price of choice cryptocurrency is almost the same price of the last year low price. The time to buycrypto is now as these price may not be around for long, I will advice you buy now!
I think buying soon is better than waiting, I'm sure that in 2019 crypto's performance will recover and improve so that by buying immediately we can get big profits, and buying top ranked coins that are still cheap like Ripple, EOS, Cardano, Stellar is more promising.
- Improving and recovering, I heard about it throughout 2018 and the results that people here can get as you see, lose and wait in fatigue, and with what I felt, I was very skeptical about your certainty, I didn't even believe what you said and offered. And my opinion, buying early or continuing to wait is dependent on each person's analysis and thinking about the altcoin they choose, should not seek answers through topics like this, an investor and a trader need to decide for their future, they can not rely on and trust the advice of others

Always optimistic is important to make the future better, and I'm sure that 2019 will be better than 2018 so buying soon is better than waiting, and of course always monitor the market to sell when the profit is more than 20%.
Still, it is a very good time to grab as many coins as possible in the market because still, the fluctuation kept increasing which makes people grab as many coins as possible until the market starts recovering. So before grabbing we have to find potential about those coins.

I suggest that we should wait for more couple of weeks as Crypto currency investment is really unpredictable as per experience from the whole year that we thought its time to buy but the market keeps on deeping unexpectedly losing our investments therefore better if we should wait and see if the bearish market is really over.

We are on a bear market. Next year will have bull market.
If you believe on cryptocurrencies, the time to buy them is when they are with low value.
Bitcoin is increasing on value, but can't be compared on how it grew on 2017 November/December.

Price is always very difficult to tell about but normally year's end and year's beginning was always very bearish and price declined. I think this is a good time for buying coin in market. After drop more than 90% in market cap value, most coin and token having a cheap price and i think its our opportunity for buying coin with good project and good developers team
