If you are talking in the whole cryptocurrency, it is not the right to ask if it is the right time to buy.

I think that the cryptocurrency market in 2019 will grow, most likely growth will begin in the spring, so in the first quarter of 2019 it is possible to invest.
I suggest buying it now, because later in the new year we don't know what will happen. Because right now we certainly know and live it, if the price is still like this, buy and invest ...!
this is the right time to buy, because now is the cheapest price if you want to invest in cryprocurrency and I'm sure next year cryptocurrency prices (including ETH and BTC) will not be cheaper like now, so I'm sure if you buy it now and hold it, then you will definitely get a profit in the near future.
You do not need to wait for too long, because it would not make any sense at some point. I mean if a great coin has made -x10 from the last December price, it is a great moment to buy more to multiply your depo in the future.

Yeah now is the best time to buy because price now a day is good and we are hopeful about the future as well. I think very soon we will see the price of bitcoin at the top of all coins. If we will wait any more I think it will give price too higher and profit will be minimum than the price we have in market today. 
It seems that market is really bottomed out. Today many people predicted drop to 3k level, but it doesnt happen, price is again attacking the 4k level. Very important daysfor Bitcoin.

And Ethereum with ease I think now will break a line in 170 , but for long-term investment do not take I think we will update the bottom

Just saying, don't just follow advises given by some random people at the forum to you. Keep in mind, most of them gives suggestion based on some wild guess whereas others just randomly gives suggestions based on nothing. The best thing to do is follow your own intuition. Do your own researches before investing on anything. You will be losing your money when you follow some absurd advises. The person who gave you those advise has nothing to lose.

Nope, I'm not greedy. Just in my mind, the current market situation is the best time to buy several coins as much as you want at the low prices. If you are late at all, you will regret it.
