This topic is old but question is always actual and my answer is always the same: any time is best time to invest in bitcoin. Bitcoin is future of online payment and money transfer from one part the world to another.
It has its ups and downs but this is normal for this industry.

Bitcoin prices are falling and this is the right time to continue or start investing in this electronic currency. Recently, by referring to reputable sources, I noticed that Bitcoin showed signs of a rebound. And with the potential of it, I believe it is even more likely to grow stronger in the future.
