As we know, when bitcoin prices are in a state of decline, there is a possibility that altcoin will follow the same thing.therefore, the current market price decline, as much as possible we should be able to take the opportunity of this situation to buy some potential altcoin to be used as a long-term investment so that later we can benefit in the future.

I don't think now is the best time to buy alts. Whilst it's true that prices are rising, this is just an attempted recovery back to where we were before the last dip. ETH is $155 now, and the price for recovery would be about $180. There's a chance we could get all the way there, but equally likely we will dip again instead.

actually I would rather choose bitcoin. but, if altcoin has become your choice, another suggestion I can give is to choose altcoin which is popular until now. it's more promising than other altcoins. other than that, prices are quite cheap now. if you have enough funds for that, ethereum, binance coin, litcoin, and bitcoin cash may be your choice. it is an altcoin that pumps in with the price of bitcoin.
sometimes betting in popular altcoins may be risky also,because other not popular coins can be pumping soon,there are some issues that whales are manipulating notm popular coins to pump.

but in short term they may go even lower now if BTC dips or if they get cheaper against Bitcoin
if you want to maximize risk and reward, start buying now little amounts and see whats happening

Price is negotiable now and within some days market will hit a big pump. As most of the altcoins are depending on bitcoin, the price of altcoins also depends on the price of bitcoin. Hopefully bitcoin price will hit $10k very soon. So buy more and more as possible for you.
It's not gonna happen in near future because market is still struggiling and bitcoin is predicted by many people that it's not reach it's dip yet this year. Many people analysis on tradingview showed us that bitcoin could go lower until 4k level. So we have to ready to face this conditionbut the predicting isnt always be right, that's why we dont have to believe with others people even they are experts
Bitcoin already increased from $ 3,500 to $ 13,000 in this year. which makes the trend tends to bullish
if the price back to $ 4,000 , it is too much correction. IMO it is wont happen in this time or near future
altcoin should be avoid for this time, most of them dumped and not worth for buying.
