I will say yes too for Alt now ... why ?? because history has proven from year to year that bitcoin and altcoin will rise in price at the beginning of the year ... so now is the right time for us to buy some altcoins that do have the best vision and relevant developers so that we get a lot of money.
In my opinion it's good to buy alts too, i think the crypto market will go high again very soon.

I agree with you, ETH is the right coin to have right now because of its quality, but in my opinion there are still many good alts like cardano, tron, and others.
Now is the better time to buy the various Altcoins. You should first of all buy Tron and EOS. These coins are now in a very low price ever. If the market will go upward right here the you will get the thousandth of time appreciation.
Buying any coin is certainly good, especially TRON and EOS entered the top 10 in coinmarketcap, besides that I keep more than 25 altcoins because I'm sure that the market will improve.
