i agree with you that there are many altcoins are very promising for us to invest now, recently the market is rising again because of IEOs, and many IEO's altcoins are very success, making more investors have profit, so if anyone want to buy Altcoins and still want profit, i suggest you should buy IEO's tokens.
I say YES for quality ALTs with working teams and good vision. I think Cardano, Stellar are a couple of good ones!

Bitcoin cash and Litecoin are the huge one when the crypto market increase a fews days ago. So yeah, both coins are good one to buy and it's the best time to buy alts imo, i think the price can increase again soon. Maybe next week, also ethereum is a good one too to buy.

Alot of people recommend keeping bitcoin to be a proportion of your portfolio equivalent to its current marketcap percentage (roughly).
So for example, bitcoin is about 50 percent marketcap of all cryptocurrencies combined, so keep half of your portfolio as bitcoin, and split the rest among altcoins you support or think have promise.
Also wouldn't hurt to have some Ethereum and a few other larger coins in there

This makes them unsuitable for long term investment, because of their large instability on the market. Despite this, there are numerous altcoins today which are highly recommended to buy right now. There's Stellar, Ripple, Ethereum, Cardano, Monero, and EOS. However, the list keeps on growing according to active development, innovation, and mainstream adoption.

the IEO phenomenon makes me re-interested in investing in altcoins, now is the right time. At least every coin issued has a clear market, and from what I monitored from binance-kucoin-bittrex, their IEO succeeded in just seconds. I don't look deeper into the latest prices, for me the most important thing is the development of volume and how the developers convince the community.

Completely agree with you, mate. In this bear market season, it's great to build our stash of altcoins for the future. The recent developments on Stellar and other top-tier cryptocurrencies, shows us that the Blockchain Industry is here to stay. Given how active these altcoins have been after all these years, there's a high potential for growth within the future.
As such, if you're considering buying the top-tier altcoins, then I'd recommend that you always look for active development and mainstream adoption. There had been few cryptocurrencies which are active in development, but not as widely adopted as others. Which is why, buying altcoins which meet such requirements at today's cheap prices, could greatly benefit you in the future.
Nonetheless, I believe that Stellar, Ethereum, Cardano, EOS, and Litecoin are among the best altcoins money can buy right now. Just my opinion

I hope that BNB's performance can be copied by other coins so that the market will get better and recover soon, although crypto is decentralized but the owner or devs. must have large capital so they can control so that the coin does not die.
To copy the BNB performance is not an easy dude, the token that wanna get the same performance as binance must do what has been doing by binance. I think that it's an impossible thing to do by another platform. remember about the fact that binance was getting a lot of profits from only its exchange but more come from the launch pad. It is good time to buy as market have show some growing trend and it has reached 4100$ now from below 4k levels. Those who had started invested early have already made some money and before the major bull run begin we still have time now to buy and bring some great coin for ourself and make money from it.
