Maybe I agree with this regulation because if bitcoin is regulated or regulated then this will also have a good impact on Bitcoin itself so that people who are in bitcoin do not use bitcoin for things that blend crime, whatever the crime starts from drugs to  finance terrorism

I definitely agree with you that we need some sort of regulation in cryptos, in light of the fact that a significant number of individuals are launching ICOs just to rob money from the public. with regulations there will be some kind of protection for investors and projects with be forced to deliver good product so as to be able to gain investors. this will also have a good effect on the whole cryptocurrency market itself.

One of the reasons why we need regulation in cryptocurrency is to assure security. Without security measures, scammers and frauds are just lingering and taking advantage of the situation that some people want huge returns. The same reason why some governments are thinking twice about cryptocurrency.

To make regulation on crypto certainly not easy, I prefer to make regulations on exchanges because by making strict regulations, there are no more exchanges that close like cryptopia.
Whether you like it or not there will be regulations in the future, since this is a new market the regulators are taking their time to frame a law and you will see that coming up in the near future, there must be strict rules and regulations for every exchange as you could avoid loosing your hard earned money because of hacks as they will be forced to compensate or the entire funds will be insured if there is regulation.

the first if the crypto regulation is really implemented it will certainly have a positive impact on the price of bitcoin because it is likely that the price of bitcoin can increase significantly and other altcoins will also increase and on the other hand will reduce scamers too.

Regulations should be good one for sure. Then only criminals can be completely skipped especially the scammers of most of the ICOs.
I really hope that if regulation comes, then the scammers will really disappear from this market, but the probability is very small.
Scammers will not be able to scam but the other thing we should keep in mind that regulation makes things so limited if we will put regulation in the market it will only reduce the chances of earning for us, so for me regulation is not good, we should let bitcoin and other crypto currency to be free and grow for us and earn money.

I say regulation will in the end be a good thing for crypto..

Like any such process, the result is not perfect from start. If the process is led by entities against Bitcoin, the first results will be awful.
Yes, at the end it should be beneficial for everybody, but it may be important also what happens "in between". And that's why our side should try to work on some drafts, if possible (I really don't know how).
You've got a good point. It is important that they consult us as cryptocommunity to be able them to understand how the system really works and how they can regulate Bitcoin effectively. I am still hoping that everything will be in order and will be executed just fine. Regulation will really help us and it is one way to protect everyone from any kinds of scams.

I can say that implementing regulation will lead a good results for all the holders from being scammed. It is also good guidelines for all the investors in the cryptomarket. And ofcourse, if there is regulation there is also a good connection for all the buyers, seller and ofcourse for the investors to understand rules. Regulations also needs its presence for every crptomarket to make investors believe in the future of a crypto. So without regulation, it is difficult for every investors to be interested in joining crypto.

I think a lot of people are missing the point. Regulation is bad and I'll tell you why. For example, in order to be free, we must understand that freedom is different and to sing songs with obscene expressions is also freedom and I am ready to put up with it, so as not to lose my right to be free. Regulation of cryptocurrencies will take away the right to manage money, they will be under the control of the authorities, as banks do now.

I think so, the main concept of crypto is freedom, anonymity and decentralization, the presence of regulations will make crypto like fiat, and of course by regulation it will control or turn off crypto.

There must be a policy. I think there is a process of everything. As it is, there must be a process in the Crypto world. And it will bring a lot of good results for everyone. And there will be answers within the work. For this, officially the role of the directors of the country. Can keep

Putting a regulation in cryptocurrency will always be good as they are a  lot of negativity around cryptocurrency. It is high time, a bold step is taken. It is up to us to make cryptocurrency a safe environment for us and those would be adopting cryptocurrency.

Agree, if regulation applied in cryptocurrency market, i am believe it will reducing scammers. With regulation, ICOs become more safe from scammers and fake project will punish by the law

In my view, regulation will be good for Crypto industry. As we can now see  that many Govt are looking for ways to regulate the industry.

Regulation will be a good thing in the long run. It will build trust for the industry among the masses thereby resulting in mass adoption. With regulation, people will feel more comfortable and have a sense of security to invest in crypto.

I don't believe that regulation means we have to declare our portfolio. Just as nobody cares to know exactly how much you own in the bank.

Regulation will also help in curbing the possibility of using crypto to launder money and place a check and balance in ICO which will make it very difficult for scam ICOs to operate.

I say regulation will in the end be a good thing for crypto..

What's your view about it?

Whether we want it or not, however, the cryptocurrency must go through government regulation in order to develop further. Without state regulation and legalization of cryptocurrency, it will remain at the level of circulation between citizens. To withdraw it for use by business structures and government agencies, to create an infrastructure for using cryptocurrency as a means of payment, we need its legalization and regulation, which usually means defining the official status of cryptocurrency and establishing the order and conditions of its circulation within the state.

Rule is the primary solvent needful to pull many investors and after all breakthrough the acceptation degree of humans globally, as belief and ability almost the local desire breakthrough, when rule over administration procedure returns position.

The presence of regulations is needed to make investors believe in the future of crypto, without regulation, it is difficult for investors to be interested in crypto, this is because crypto can be a scam at any time.

I think that is good for the project that it would be regulated to prevent from those people who will always scam the investors, and most probably if that happen we can get more and more investors to invest because they are not going to be afraid to be scam.

The crypto market does not need regulation, because it was originally conceived as an independent organism based on a general consensus, where nobody depends on anyone and everyone is an equal member of the community.
Regulation is needed only for exchanges, so that they stop their price manipulation of the cryptocurrency market. And the market began to develop on its own.
yes, but it might be better to have rules so that we can be safer in doing anything, and not all things have rules.
we certainly know which ones must have rules and which ones don't, if there are no rules maybe the Scam is still easy to enter.
everyone is free to argue and maybe indeed if too many of our rules are difficult to do something possible.

Without rules, everyoned does whatever they want without thinking about punishment. Rules are there to guide our behavior and prevent bad things from happening. The rules will not take away the freedom we are enjoying but will scare away scammers and thieves.
so with that the rules will be better and safer, so it's not easy Scamer is here.
indeed, if there are rules, it makes it not easy to do anything, but if we think positively by rules we can be protected and it is not easy for people to be here.
so what depends on the rules first and we look good so we can know the rules are good or bad for the common good.
