thing are getting hard on the side of the road as the industry is making it way to more adoption and i dont think we can let go of regulation as many counrtries would like to really know what the industry would offer in terms of safety and advancement in investors funds and security wise and while there would be need for regulation.

IMHO regulation will bring the necessary maturity for the market, and it takes time

I think everything takes time even though it's a few days or weeks because no one can finish it in just one day and make it all so easy.
a regulation certainly requires time to adapt and be used as a reference by many people. The regulation is important for the security of an investor who puts the funds he has in a company. on the other hand the regulations governing a campaign participant are very much needed so that a participant gets the results of the work in accordance with what they are doing

because of bitcoin price, government start to do something seriously, around the world. and they are trying to set bitcoin and it relate with volatility.
i dont know good impact that created by this regulation, because when bitcoin dont have any regulation, it create big price and when they looked by the party who regulates, the garph has decreased.

regulation can be good if the regulation does not limit the development of cryptocurrency, because sometimes the regulation actually only restricts the movement of crypto so people are reluctant to develop it due to collision with regulations. but we also need clear regulation in cryptocurrency because without crypto regulation it will always be an "illegal" thing but of course we hope for positive regulation that can support the development of cryptocurrency in the future.

There is no regulation now but we are getting the lower price since 2017!
The market getting a small pump and will get a big slide. i think regulation is much needed for cryptocurrency to be accepted in many countries.
Once that happens and stores will start to accept crypto as payment then we can go up and that is better for us!
It is kinda debatable that the rulation will bring more freedom or problems to the crypto space. By the way, you only wrote about the price but you don't consider the valuation of the crypto assets if the regulators put new rules which will save the crypto investors from scam projects. The value is more important in the recent situation and crypto prices will go up if the good things follow the advantages of the crypto regulation.

I don't really agree with the lack of regulations making the price of Bitcoin go down. Precisely without the regulation of Bitcoin the price will still go up as it did some time ago where the price of Bitcoin soared to reach its highest price.
Of course, the existence of regulations allows people in a country can use it such as payments and investments. Also it will get a positive impact on price and popularity.

In entirety, I do not think that regulation in the crypto market would be bad. With some regulations, we might be able to tame these scammers on these streets, and possibly get rid of them. One of the reasons why a lot of them has thrived on these streets is because there are no regulations really, and no one to ensure that projects are thoroughly screened, before introduced to the market sphere.

I think at this point regulation is good if its implemented correctly. At least its better than banning something. In many country crypto is already banned. So its better to regulate and I think if regulations come to the market then many scammers and fraud will be in wrong position that is great. But if regulations come it come with some problem also one of the main problem is the whole crypto thing is come for its anonymous type and that will be destroyed.

In my country the application has been done by the government not to prohibit its blockchain and cryptocurrency and even full support has been applied in many transactions, so this has a positive impact on me.
rules can indeed have an impact, the example you said is a positive thing the rules of government in your country is quite good.
in that sense the community is given a security, and I think if all countries start accepting crypto if there is a regulation that can keep the people safe especially from fraud

I think regulation will bring a positive attitude towards people. When people see their investment in a regulated way then that person feels safe at least. it's also true that regulation sometimes through the cold water of people's investment in this platform because of having a decentralized system. I think within this blockchain system, people like investing here without any hassle or regulation, but a large number of people also want to set up a regulation because of the safety measures. I hope regulation will bring positive changes in this forum and people will not face any negative incident from this platform anymore.

Well the regulation might be good to control so many factors but on the other it would go against the blockchain factor which is decentralisation because there will be the presence of a third party, the template of the decentralized blockchain would have been distorted and the much celebrated absence of a third party would have been restored . May be there would be a way to circumvent but not to outrightly regulate.

Fraudsters are the main problem of cryptocurrency, regulators would be good at dealing with fraudsters in the market, so I think that regulators are good

I met data that this year alone, hackers and various kinds of fraudsters stole funds in the cryptocurrency worth about $ 4.3 billion. This is a very huge amount. It would be hundreds or even thousands of times smaller if states would regulate this type of activity. Such regulation also includes the development and implementation of a number of measures against the use of cryptocurrency for a criminal or simply illegal purpose. So cryptocurrency regulation, which is inevitably inevitable, is more good than bad.

In my view, regulation will be good for Crypto industry. As we can now see  that many Govt are looking for ways to regulate the industry.

Regulation will be a good thing in the long run. It will build trust for the industry among the masses thereby resulting in mass adoption. With regulation, people will feel more comfortable and have a sense of security to invest in crypto.

I don't believe that regulation means we have to declare our portfolio. Just as nobody cares to know exactly how much you own in the bank.

Regulation will also help in curbing the possibility of using crypto to launder money and place a check and balance in ICO which will make it very difficult for scam ICOs to operate.

I say regulation will in the end be a good thing for crypto..

What's your view about it?

regulation is very good for world cryptocurency growth, but there is no influence for those of us who have trusted the cryptocurency despite the absence of regulation in our country of residence, because for me the cryptocurency is able to give us greater profits than the country that provides these benefits, then no important the regulation was held.

Even in my country there are no rules for cryptocurrency because this does not benefit the government, so let it go, of course if the policy is always there and will increase the blockchain in the future it is very beneficial for us.
