The Chat Box has been disabled for quite some time now. I haven't encountered any issue yet with Poloniex although I have seen some posts here in this forum about the withdrawal issues that its taking them (Poloniex) so long to send the requested BTC to be transferred to the terminating address or where they want the funds to be sent.
Is anyone having problems with Poloniex? They seem to be having some kind of technical issues on their site and their chat box is down too. I hope it is just a minor issue that will be fixed quickly.
nothing to worry about it is just ethereum price dropping and if history is any indication they go down and have "technical issues" each time that happens.
if you hold any ETH then say bye bye to your profit but if not then don't worry, they will come back up as soon as the dump slows down.
Nope, traded, withdrew with no problems a few hours ago.

No I don't think they are having any problem right now because I was able to even trade there today.They have temporarily shut down their troll box to move chat moderators from chat box to handle support tickets due to increasing number of support tickets they are getting these days.
