Tron holders will tell you that it's a good investment and people that don't hold tron will say that it's not. So, assess that kind of logic but there will be people who don't hold will probably say that it's a good one.
It's not yet the bull run for altcoins, you are looking at the colors and numbers of the percentage that CMC shows but look on how much they've gained though Monacoin increased that much.

Even BSV has it's own run, then Tron. But there are thousands of Altcoins right now, so it's hard to say if they're really on a bull run or just simply being P&D, (which is usually the case.) So for me this is not a bull run for the Altcoin, but pumpers are talking advantage of the sentiments of people and simply pump coins and here and there to make money. The real bull run might occur right after the bitcoin block halving.
Not sure altcoin bull run has started but I do think that its getting ready and its inevitable and its a good time to buy especially those with beautiful ideas
Almost every Altcoins are increasing in price when the Bitcoin is in an uptrend so I think all of these altcoins are worth to invest for. Different kinds of coins have their own future plans and it's hard to tell which of them will prosper, studying their platforms would be a great help to understand if they'll be having a next bull run.

The Altcoin bull run is still unclear, meaning that it still often shows red even though it finally returns green. The market condition of Emmang has experienced good growth, but I don't think this is maximally in general from day to day. Regarding TRON today it gives an extraordinary impression, currently it grows more than 20%. It doesn't matter if you want to buy it, it seems to provide an opportunity to make money for the future. I agree and have the same analysis for now.

I can say that we are in a partial bull run because all coins have not been moving fast just like the bull run we experienced in 2017. The bull run has only been significant on bitcoin while other coins have been crawling so far. I think with time, the bull run will also have impact on others.
