As far as I understand these types of sites use different tactics through advertising to increase their campaign. Any site that doesn't offer anything for free can be a scam. These ads may be false. Stake is a responsible betting site that cares for its customers. This bookie promotes safe gambling practices. If you are addicted to betting and gambling, you better know everything better by connecting with customer support team.
Is this thread about how addicted gamblers can get support from the casino they are playing, or is it still about some sites advertising bonuses on stake that stake themselves have not made official, or stake is saying  nothing about?

Well, I think the later is the correct one, and not the first, it's important we understand that bonuses is what attracts most gambler to want to play on a new casino, and this sites trying to gain or make money promoting their affiliates links, do sometimes come up with such tactics as advertising bonuses that does not exist, just to cajole their readers into clicking and signing on what ever casino they are promoting, but this is not to say that they all are the same, there are still some genuine ones, like I explained in my previous comment before this one; on this thread.

Well, it's all about gambling sites making more loyal customers to their products. Their product is the way they keep gamblers at their site and make them happy, and then they continue to make them happy. With those programs, I believe they are making a lot of money and more loyal customers.

Be careful of emails that "present" something too good to be true emails. It might scam you or something.
Not only emails, but some promotions on different websites can also be fake because scammers mostly use such tactics to scam people, they create banners imitating a platform and make intriguing offers, and they create a phishing page where the user is asked to log in when they click on that banner, and as soon as the user tries to log in, the scammers get the login credentials and will withdraw the funds immediately if there is no 2FA.

Some of them would even get your 2FA as well because they will design the backend of the phishing page in a way that when you click on the login button, you are redirected to a 2FA page where they ask you to enter your 2FA code if you have one or click skip if you don't, and if you enter the code, they use that code for withdrawal if they get it on time.

I have seen some sites advertise an exclusive bonus such as 200% up to $500 or even 200% up to $3000. Is this a legitimate bonus and why does Stake.com not have such a bonus? If so, when I play with this bonus, do the other reward programs that Stake offers to its players (weekly and monthly bonus, rakeback...) also count for me, or do I first have to fulfill the 40x requirement for the deposit bonus? Thanks in advance

The key words are "up to". That means it could be a bonus of 1% and technically they would not be lying. But there are hidden conditions which I personally consider deceitful marketing.

Stake is a casino with a high reputation, so they do not make fake promises or deceitful marketing.
My advice for @zTec is that he should always be careful, there are a lot of ugly things happening on the internet now in the name of marketing and others, so extreme caution in this situation matters as it may not even come from Stake at all, at least, that is a possibility. Because many websites are advertising insane benefits just to have certain access to people's details or for phishing purposes, that's my first advice.

But at times, many companies including Stake may have a special package for some special partnership purposes, so it is possible as well. Either way, it is best to first confirm with the representative of Stake, one way or the other, they will be aware of that offer. I will never advise anyone to risk such a high offer immediately without confirmation unless it is from a safe website, the one they can really trust.

Many streamer offers like this. Seen many of this in their Kick.cok banners. Most likely, there are some legitimate one and some that are not. Just register with the one you know truly offer bonuses, not just the one you read about on social media like x.com. Sometimes you think they are affiliated, but they are not. They just take referrals without giving anything in return.

@Yoshie I don't see Stunna being able to help with this. There are so many scam accusations or issues posted on the scam accusations board, but he rarely replies how come more like this.

Some websites with good reputation pay the bonus as advertised. Some other ones have hidden T&Cs which you have to go through before claiming it and some just use it as an advertising gimmick. I can safely call those scams if they do not fulfill what they advertised.
Not only are they scams but they are also being unlawful.

It is indicated that a business, of all industries, should not be promoting for a product or a service to do something that it will not. It’s false advertising and misleading. It’s literally illegal to fool their customers so if you have your concerns, you can definitely take it up to them and they should comply if you know how to go about them.

As far as I know, the Stake.com casino is a casino that is known to many people on this forum or out there, of course they have official partners in advertising bonuses and everything about their gambling, but because Stake.com is on a wide channel, However, because Stake.com has a wide channel, of course it is not surprising if there are illegal sites that use this site with the promise of high bonuses, with the condition that you have to play through their website, be careful, there are various modes of fraud.

For this reason, if you are talking about bonuses on a site you know about Stake.com, you should contact their representative here: @Stunna, you will get a more detailed answer in that regard and it will be your accurate answer to consider, because Stake.com casino currently has a lot of accusations in terms of bonuses and so on.

If you see a casino that is advertising their bonus on others website, for you to confirm if it's true, you need to visit the official website of that casino and you will also see such ads in their casino which will confirm if what is advised is true or not. Advertisers can mistakenly give out wrong information too but to verify by your self, you have to visit the site that has the advert.

I have not come across such advertisement for stake on any website and since I have not used the casino, I don't know if the bonus is real. If you visit the casino, you should know but the casino will not just give you the bonus instantly as you play in their casino. There are other criteria you will be required to meet before the bonus will be granted.

Most times you get some restrictions to get such bonuses. For example - once i lost $500 because i couldn`t withdraw money first week and i didn`t read about it. In different situations different restrictions. The Stake has his own loyalty and bonus programs, so no one can make them to use bonus system that you like.
Well, your input doesn't clearly answer the question you quoted, in fact, i am struggling to understand what you really meant by what you said, but all the same, one thing I personally understand with the issue of bonuses that are not officially mentioned by the casino itself, but it's been advertised at some site somewhere, is that, there is what is called customized bonuses, that is, if you are affiliate of a casino, and you want to seriously promote that casino on your channel or website, and you want your subscribers and visitors to really use your link to sign up on that casino when they see your ad, you can request the casino to prepare a customized bonus for you, where as you are the one funding that particular bonus, and any one who registers on that casino using your link will receive the bonus, in the end, you still will make the money back from all the money the player will wager on the casino, since the casino will be paying you a certain percentage of all the amount wagered by those who joined the casino through your link.

I believe this should be easy to understand.
I don`t sure that i understand right. I think that the OP is telling about bonuses for first deposit.
And i answered about it. In my experience it was one casino, where i got such bonus, and i had to gambler for a week without any withdrawals. As i see in the thread, several members at least understand the OP same with me.

These high percentage bonuses are often seen offered by the casinos that are new in the market. They provide such attractive offers so that more people will join them in their initial days. But in the case of stake.com, they are already established in the market and very popular. So for them, there is no need to provide such types of bonuses. If you still have any confusion regarding any promotions, it’s always better to contact the customer support at the site and ask them whether it’s applicable on your account or not. Always do this before depositing any big amount in any casino sites.

Although I’m confused like you too but I think he is sharing about the special bonus given to users that experienced inconvenience in the casino. I frequently get this inconvenience bonus but in a form of free spin and not a deposit bonus.

Stake doesn’t offer deposit bonus because they have affiliates which offer this bonuses to boost their affiliate program. Gosh is one example of this partnership which they can offer deposit bonus if you use their referral link. Other popular influencers have this kind of special bonus if you sign up usung their referral link which is sponsored by Stake.

It`s 40x deposit + bonus with different games contributing differently towards clearing the wager requirements - I am not sure what else you need, and obviously... I am always trying my best to provide the best possible information. This doesn`t mean that players shouldn`t always double-check before deciding to go for a bonus. Fwiw, we are even stating the following on our site: "Check Full T&C on the website before claiming."
Everything is OK, I really appreciate the BTCGOSU review page. I found a lot of useful information there. This was just my suggestion that it would be good to emphasize the most important details because sometimes it is difficult for new players to find the details in the Full T&C on the original page, and often their support also gives contradictory information

Actually, that's also new to me.
In the past stake never offered any deposit bonus, and I mean never. Guess they took a page of many fiat bookies and added this for some affiliates.
Bonus terms on the other hand of having to wager 40x is quite a high number. I remember for example the 100% deposit bonus on bet365 was always like 3x the deposit and 3x the bonus for sports bets, which was quite fair. Odds had to be minimum 1.5 though.

Don't know if they changed those numbers.

If you deposit 500$ and have to wager 40x seems high but thinking about it if you play dice at 1.01 odds with 98% wining chance you can wager 20000$ with an expected loss of around 200$. So there are 300$ left of the bonus.
Not sure though if low risk bets are excluded from the bonus terms, this might be the case.

Hey,

first of all, our exclusive Stake bonus is (of course) 100% legit and negotiated with Stake directly. Everything happens directly on-site without us doing anything. And now the best news: Everything contributes to Stake`s rewards programs that you mentioned, there is no disadvantage.

Terms:

200% Deposit bonus
Min deposit - $50
Max deposit - $500
Wager req - 40x
Max bet - 1%

Thanks for the info. I am interested in information about the rollover. Is it 40x b+d for all games or is the requirement for Stake Original games higher since it is not mentioned anywhere?

Sorry for the late response to your question.

Here you are: https://stake.com/policies/wager-requirements

Quote
A wager requirement defines the multiplier in which the sum of your deposit and bonus will need to be turned over. Since the majority of our games have between a 3.5% to 4.5% house edge, we’ve set our wager requirement at a 4% edge.

This means that if users play a 1% edged game, it will complete at a 4x slower rate. Thus, the wager requirement would be accumulating at a ratio of $0.25 for every $1 wagered. Conversely, the higher the house edge of the game being played, the less wager required to complete the rollover.

While having a wager requirement active, the user’s account will be locked until they meet the requirement set, or alternatively they lose their entire balance (in their relative bonus currency) and have no remaining active bets.

Thanks for the info. I have reviewed the terms and conditions in detail and I think there are a few things to note when promoting this type of bonus:
1. it is unclear whether the condition is 40x bonus + deposit or only 40x deposit or 40x bonus. The wager amount is significantly different for all three variants,
2. Stake announced that the wager varies depending on the RTP of the individual game and that the wager is higher for games with a higher RTP. That, in my opinion, is fine, I just don't understand why they then compiled a list of over 100 games that should not be played for the condition.

Websites that advertise this type of bonus should have this clearly published and explained, otherwise they may mislead players. It is not right to get a new player through your affiliate link and collect a commission on it, and at the same time put an (inexperienced) player in the problem of not being able to fulfill the condition due to lack of important information.

It’s the total bonus amount plus the deposit amount. So if the welcome bonus gives you 200% of your deposit then you should wager your balance + 200% of it to x40 or whatever the requirements is. It’s always like that when it comes to welcome bonus.

Why should it always be 40x (bonus + deposit)? On one portal, the Stake welcome bonus is advertised as 40x deposit (wager 60,000 dollars):
