You can't just signed up on stake.com and use those feature you need to activate it with the deposit, if you deposit then you unlock it. I have signed up on stake.com but weren't able to use it except I would have to make deposit, however, those sites that advertised some specific amount of bonus that looks attractive to me I would say it's another strategy to get people signed up on their site and most of them are so strict and you must some required level before you would unlock those feature it could be either by reaching a specific amount of deposit before you could be allowed to have that access.
