The existence of Bitcoins is neither a threat to jobs nor to national currencies. It is just an incredible opportunity for more and more people to improve their financial condition for no clear reason. Something between wonder, magic and madness.

I don't think it can be threat to jobs. Bitcoin is not a magic that people are arning here without doing nothing. You need to bear the risk and it is inconsistent too.And these are the reasons for which most people takes it as a secondary source of income. And it can be a threat to FIAT currency as it is much more promising that the ususl currency.

I completely agree with you. Just googling cryptocurrency jobs will get anyone lots of hits, so I don't think there will problems in terms of employment. It's fiat that's being threatened here. Virtual currency seems to be more superior than cash and provides many solutions to problems brought about by banks and other third parties. I heard that most financial experts and businessmen are really working towards having a digital currency anyway. What do you think about crypto officially replacing fiat in the future?

We all know how powerful bitcoins are especially in financial terms. Having one makes you feel like a newly-crowned king ready for his throne and lux.
Not really, if you are living in peers and you're the only one that has it then that can make you feel like a king but I don't know if others are really feeling this way.

Its value and essence is something that we cannot just ignore, resulting for some people relying on these 'God-given grace' instead of working hard and gaining the money that their own country uses.
Some thought that it would be better off to have bitcoins and convert it into any kind of currency rather than to get a job and earn some thing.
In God there's grace but we still have to work hard not for our own country but for ourselves.
This might be the feeling of some that they don't have to work hard anymore because they have bitcoin, no don't think that way unless you have hundreds to thousands of bitcoin and you have a decent source of living.

What do you think? Will bitcoin be able to eclipse the existence of national currencies in the near future?
No.

I think it's not a threat of job with the existence of bitcoins in fact it opens and provides jobs to anyone. It stimulates people to have extra income to provides good future for the family. In terms of national currency, maybe it takes time because it needs regulations.

Bitcoin lover!
I am not totally sure about national currencies but threat in job is absolutely possible to happen. Actually it is happening right now in the current scenario. I've known a lot of people who left their regular job coz they are already earning so much money here compare to how much they earned on their job.
If people leave their permanent job in order to deal with the crypto currency, this is vice versa, means that the crypto currency creates jobs and therefore does not carry any threat to the existing jobs.
There is no threat of bitcoin and other decentralized crypto currency and national money. Decentralized crypto currency can only squeeze the national money a little, but does not pose any real threat to them, because the crypto currency is able to walk only in parallel with the national money and in no case can substitute them.

A threat to jobs? Never.
Not only cryptocurrencies are not a threat to jobs, they are providing many new jobs in developed countries and also in developing countries.

I think you are overkill, if only have 1 bitcoin. We will not become anything. And I think, bitcoin is not a threat. Bitcoin is part of technological development, ready or not ready. We should be able to accept it

The existence of bitcoin is not a threat to jobs but a good system to inclined with. Like investing some of your money for a while and gain then is a good scenario for you. Bitcoin is just another currency that not really affect the national currencies. Bitcoin amount exchange still depends on the value of real currencies.

I'm thinking that we need to have a big amount of wisdom and carefulness in order to handle bitcoin well in the way that he would be beneficial and positive to job and world economy because if we would make wrong decisions it will cause a negative effect.

Not really, cause eventually when the time comes digital money will be your salary as well. Bitcoin will become salary of those who have secular jobs. For national currencies, little that we know fiat money will be extinct by then so later on Bitcoin and other altcoins will be use for mode of payments.

The existence of Bitcoin is not a threat to jobs. You can do both actually. Stay on your job and do part time crypto trading/investment. If you don't have a job and have the interest in cryptocurrency then that will do. I think Bitcoin/Cryptocurrency coexists with jobs. On national currencies? Yeah somehow, that's why other countries are  trying to ban Bitcoin or apply regulation.

I don’t think so that it is a threat to jobs and national currencies. Instead if rightly managed, it’s a source of help and support to those who have jobs and an aide to national currency if they make use of it for the benefit of the country. At this point in time bitcoin and crypto currencies are still in the process of growing and building stability. To quit job now is not a good idea since all invest in crypto are still very risky. Probably when crypto currencies are established and many are using it, i believe it may surpass national currencies in the future.

I don't think bitcoin threatens jobs at all. In fact, I would argue that it will boost jobs due to stimulating the economy of nations using it. It will reduce costs and increase efficiencies of companies and nations that use it. The demand for blockchain developers will be high as well.

No.Having just one bitcoin will not change the life upside down.If one has more bitcoins, thats a different matter. But its not appreciable to do so.Doing actively some work for living is good.Atleast they should trade to make their survival easy.

Even I have left my job two years ago but I'm actively trading and blogging in steemit.

As far as other currencies are concerned, bitcoin could not be a threat to them since it has only a limited supply and also could only work online.

I don't think so cause crypto doesn't require employee that need to work on it se people will be investing and earning profits from "their" hobby, there won't be lots of people who will decide to make crypto their first job.

in russia 6500 $ big money, bro )

In Russia 6500 is around the average wage of a year. Average wage!!!!!
This is by no means big money, what can you afford with those 6500$ that would make you feel like a king???
You can barely afford a Lada Granta with no options for that money, and that's probably the cheapest thing that you can still call a car.

Threat to jobs? Nah. Bitcointalk gives jobs/part time jobs to many people around the world. If there was no Bitcoin, there would be no bitcointalk and no jobs.

Bitcoin was supposed to be a way to transfer value or pay somebody with relying on a 3rd party.
So, basically killing things like wu, mg or other such things, and with it thousands of jobs.

If somebody needs a web design and is paying you in BTC it doesn't mean that with BTC that job would not be available.

And these are the reasons for which most people takes it as a secondary source of income.

I'm not so sure about this as I've seen hundreds here claiming they want to go 24/7 in bounties and trading.
I can't erase the image of call center filled with people which are not offering support but posting here, tweeting and claiming airdrops.

Having one makes you feel like a newly-crowned king ready for his throne and lux.

Having one BTC means you currently have 6500$.
That's not even half of he yearly minimum wage in the US, and barely 10 average monthly wages in the poorest country in the EU (Bulgaria).

So, I don't know how a Bitcoin can make you feel like a King.  Grin

Some thought that it would be better off to have bitcoins and convert it into any kind of currency rather than to get a job and earn some thing.

So, to eat, drink pay for rent or utilities you will have to slowly start selling those coins. How long will it last since you're not working and earning anything? Of course, it's a damn stupid idea!!!
And if you call yourself a hodler is even more stupid as you're using right now coins that you believe they are going up in price for sure.

Will bitcoin be able to eclipse the existence of national currencies in the near future?

Bitcoin price is much higher than my annual salary. Today, bitcoin is at $6500 and my annual salary, if you will compute it, $4200 but I have a commission. If you have one bitcoin today, then I have more money than my job. Actually, it is not a threat to my job or even in my country's currency. Bitcoin is good for people, for investors. A person will find another way if they are not satisfied to what they get. That is the nature. Even if you're a bachelor or a family guy.
