Look ARROUND!
Having one makes you feel like a newly-crowned king ready for his throne and lux.

Having one BTC means you currently have 6500$.
That's not even half of he yearly minimum wage in the US, and barely 10 average monthly wages in the poorest country in the EU (Bulgaria).

So, I don't know how a Bitcoin can make you feel like a King.  Grin

Some thought that it would be better off to have bitcoins and convert it into any kind of currency rather than to get a job and earn some thing.

So, to eat, drink pay for rent or utilities you will have to slowly start selling those coins. How long will it last since you're not working and earning anything? Of course, it's a damn stupid idea!!!
And if you call yourself a hodler is even more stupid as you're using right now coins that you believe they are going up in price for sure.

Will bitcoin be able to eclipse the existence of national currencies in the near future?

Near future? No!

No , because they give opportunities to people especially for those people who dont have job. Bitcoin is highly volatile, many people quit their jobs just to invest here.

I think it is both impossible and virtually possible, impossible in a way that more people are still using tangible currency and cryptocurrency is not yet introduced to many people and more people still wants to work hard to earn so they can not easily let go of their jobs and some people will just use cryptocurrency as a way of passive income, and it is virtually possible in a way that in a span of time the age of technology is so advanced and our resources to make a tangible currency are almost on the brink of scarcity then that time they will find cryptocurrency as a solution to reduction in resources and jobs by that time will adjust so that it will match the needs of people.

I agree. It is impossible for cryptocurrency to be a threat to jobs and national currencies because it cannot beat or surpass what was established already for a long time. But, bitcoin and cryptocurrencies can help those who have jobs and in need of jobs thru investments by this it becomes a source of help but not a reason to quit a job.

We all know how powerful bitcoins are especially in financial terms. Having one makes you feel like a newly-crowned king ready for his throne and lux. Its value and essence is something that we cannot just ignore, resulting for some people relying on these 'God-given grace' instead of working hard and gaining the money that their own country uses. Some thought that it would be better off to have bitcoins and convert it into any kind of currency rather than to get a job and earn some thing. What do you think? Yes bitcoin may be a treat to some businesses, but on larger scope, it's putting more money into pockets than this business do. So I say it's a healthy treat. By the way for us to make any dramatic change for a long time future, we have to loose sight of the present. This business can also key into the idea, and minimize loss

In my opinion, bitcoin is not a threat to the national currency because they have different uses and bitcoins can not be used for valid payment instruments. Maybe bitcoin can be used for legitimate payments in the future but the existence of national currency of each country also will not be displaced by it because bitcoin is the virtual currency

I dont think its a threat to jobs because bitcoin actually gives work to those unemployed. It open big new opportunities to others. But some people quit on their jobs just to invest in bitcoin because they know that they can get higher profit here.

For me bitcoins existence is not a threat to jobs and our national currencies.Bitcoin remains a virtual currency all throughout and can never replace our fiat money.Bitcoins existence is not backed up by commodities unlike our regular currency. It is just a form of investment, can also be used for payments and can be other source of income.

If you are a middleman or third party when it comes to financial transactions, then yes. Bitcoin is a threat to your business because it allows direct peer-to-peer transactions without the need for a third party. That said, banks and other financial institutions need to watch their backs as the future is changing pretty rapidly.

Actually I don't think so, this crypto world is highly volatile and I don't think there's much people who quit their jobs to do this full time.

I think this is really concerning. Some of the people or most might really be thankful because bitcoin can provide income without having a regular job. With this, people will really rely sole on bitcoin and not getting a job which helps society

No, I don't think that bitcoin could be threat to jobs wherein I would say that it even gave the opportunity to poeple who doesn't have a job at all. People that in some other way are currently jobless, they can make it as an opportunity to earn money through joining bounty campaigns. Also, I don't think it is a threat to the current national currency in a specific country wherein there are still many people who do not know about bitcoin and still need further education to be able to understand fully the fundamentals of btc.

the existence of bitcoin is not a threat to jobs and national currencies because bitcoin is different than the currencies and so far, bitcoin is not to buy something in our real life and only available on the internet. and if people can get work related with bitcoin or cryptocurrency, then it means he can have another source income which can help him to make more money for his life. this is good for him because he can try to use his time to produce more money and he can make his life be better.

Compare rates on different exchanges & swap.
Not really.  There is this false sense of self worth people have when they are part of something big or successful... You could be on a large Facebook group and think it's the center of online World... if you move around you'll discover there are way more important groups on Facebook.
You could be an employee of a busy bank you think is so popular, you drive to a close by street to discover that most do not know the bank exists. Same as Bitcoin... most people don't really know Cryptocurrency/Bitcoin exist or aren't interested... They could just be comfortable with where they are or with what they already have.

Talking of Cryptocurrency being a threat to jobs,  well if you quit your job for Crypto someone else will take your place. If you Close down your Poultry farm for Cryptocurrency your competitors will have more customers to sell chickens to.
So no job will be lost if there is strong demand for the job or products.
By the way, I think Crypto is more of a personality thing. The quiet, patient, tech savvy, independent-minded, ideological, researching types will most likely thrive here & in Crypto World in general no matter what. I doubt people without most of these qualities will last very long with little incentive.

I am not totally sure about national currencies but threat in job is absolutely possible to happen. Actually it is happening right now in the current scenario. I've known a lot of people who left their regular job coz they are already earning so much money here compare to how much they earned on their job.
