Not quite a failure, I know some gamblers, and they make money from it as a main source of their income. Personally, I don't like to gamble, because I lose many times, but for others who can really win by gambling, or they find a way to win more than lose, it can be a good way to earn money. Very few consider it a way to check the luck. Most of the gamblers who are here out of the need and the situation. In simple people have a mind why not give a try or why don't I have an experience on gambling. This way enters gambling, and some seems to be lucky and earns good, but don't know to stop and leave. Finally leaves after losing everything, this makes the people continue gambling to get back something that's been lost.

If you are the owner of a casino then without a doubt your main purpose is to make money, but if you are a gambler even if that is your goal most likely you are never going to reach it, your main purpose as a gambler should always be to have fun, if you are not having fun while you are gambling then you are doing it wrong and you should stop it immediately and do something else, after all what is the point of being miserable and also pay money for the privilege?

There is no purpose when a lot of people is doing gambling aside from entertainment from the game we just play in gambling because it is all about the money,
We cannot deny the fact that money is important and that's why we play in gambling because we wanted to multiple or get an income in gambling hoping to win and get lucky to win the bet in gambling.
But a lot of people don't like gambling because comparing to investing in bitcoin it was riskier since you are putting money on the line but still it could pay off if you win the game.

Almost 80 percent of the gamblers play this game in order to make some good money. Why don’t people play other games if they only want entertainment? They play gambling because here entertainment is paired up with money. Money is always welcome often regardless of the source it is coming from. Money is money and people need it badly in present world for maintaining status and living a good life.

What is the purpose of gambling to make money gambling? But that's not the main purpose. There is no real purpose for gambling. Some play gambling for fun and some play for money. So I think it's a personal matter for everyone. For any purpose, we can play gamble. So purpose does not matter. We should Gambling for Fun only.

People gamble at least want to get a win, but what I experienced, victory can not be expected to come every time we gamble, mostly I lose in gambling. Maybe I'm just having fun all this time, so I don't feel like I'm spending my time gambling. I gamble only occasionally.

YES. Making profit is the main goal, especially when you're investing (wager). I have to admit, a part of me gambles for personal fulfilment, (I feel like a clairvoyant when I successfully predict the outcome of a game). But profiting is definitely the main goal.
To prove this, if I initiate a bet and do not play it, and it ends up being successful. I will be annoyed that I lost out on the potential winnings, and that will outweigh any personal gains

I gamble my money for entertainment because sometimes I got bored in my house so gambling for me is to kill time. I do not think that I will see gambling as my profession because I'm sure that I will become addicted. There are things that I need to focus so I only see gambling as a game for me to put away my stress.

For gambling operators, that's the main purpose and they are actually achieving this, for gamblers although they want to make money while playing, very few gamblers have achieved this, and on your question, if I have no time to waste will I still gamble, then there is no reason to gamble anymore since gambling consume a lot of hours.

The outright reason for gambling in my opinion is straight up making money and getting super lucky. I'm also aware that this is not always attained by many and so others tend to be happy with the experience, the thrill and the community - at the end of the day these are all factors one looks for when moving onto a new casino.

I think besides self-control the best solution is to start playing using free money and start making WD targets weekly. It is not good to make your single aim to get money we should play and enjoy also fix some earning target. Gambling is not to earn money but it is to risk your money for more money. Earn for me means that you can do it without risking your money but in general gambling is taking a risk of your money to double it or even more. The real problem with people who gamble is this that they forget the major purpose of gambling. The problems begin when you don’t understand the purpose of it. As you said if a gambler has objectives of making money by shortcut, indeed the guy is going to face some major losses sooner or later. But if it is just for the sake of entertainment, there will not be any serious issues. Gambling shall never be used as a source of money.

he didnt state accurately if he grow his money or not but he is only trying to grow his money via gamble to support his educational needs in school which is reasonable to me but he must stop once he feel that he is only loosing .

i like his attitude now because he now have a job and he can now sustain his gambling activity whenever it kicks in . that is more better than using his dad or other peoples funds to gamble because he will know how hard to earn a money .
