Nowadays, I think it is possible to make $1 in Bitcoins in around an hour or two. You can either join a signature campaign and make good posts, or you can start trading, or use a faucet and refer other people so that your earnings could increase. You can also join random giveaways around the form and probably make that amount or close to it.
If you have the needed skills then you can do programming jobs or look around the Altcoins section, maybe you can find a giveaway coin and trade that to BTC as well.
It will be of course not that easy. Because otherwise everyone is going to do it and that is impossible, otherwise everyone will be rich.

$1 in BTC per day is easy. You can do that in your current campaign. But in per hour basis I think it's quite difficult since some of bitcoin related methods are not meant by hourly works but rather daily and weekly basis.
