So I found a local food store that I can buy all of my food online and have it delivered for 1.50. I've been trying some different ways of paying for food with bitcoins and this looks like the best way to go. Unfortunately they only take credit card or PayPal as payment.

I know of a few services that will send money to your PayPal account in exchange for bitcoins but when I go to pay at the food site it asks me to log into my PayPal account to pay. Unfortunately it does not just provide a PayPal address.

In theory I can just exchange my bitcoins for PayPal and pay for my food that way but that seems like a roundabout way of doing things and my ultimate goal is to drop all of my bank accounts (does PayPal allow you to have an account with no bank account?).

Is there a more direct solution?

You can create a PayPal account without a bank accounts this may be the easiest option for you. Just be careful as non verified Paypal accounts have certain limits on what you can spend each month, you need to make sure that your total spending per month does not exceed these limits.
unverified paypal account = useless, you'll be monitored for every fucking transaction for the sake of verification so just forget about using unverified paypal account,or just go buy a paypal verification service

If the unverified paypal is a business account and if you slowly accept small payments of $20 for a while the account becomes more useful. I currently use an unverified paypal account for numerous purchases and probably spend around $200 every month from it.

As far as I'm aware they don't. You can have an account without providing bank/card details and you'll be able to receive money on that account but you won't be able to spend it.

So as the others wrote, bitcoin card is probably the only feasible option, unless you can convince that store to start accepting bitcoins.

There must be a service that allow you to transfer your bitcoins to a credit card.
I have seen the bitcoin debit cards so why not a credit card?  Huh
Credit cards are basically cards which the spendings are paid on the ending period of the month for the card holder while a debit card spends the money that is on the debit card. Bitcoin credit card is nearly impossible since only banks would offer credit cards.

AFAIK nope. However, if they accept Visa, Mastercard etc, you can probably get a debit card and it would work. There is no reason for them to not accept debit cards.

you should contact the support of that online food store and ask for their paypal account email to pay and order your food manually without logging into their website. but it also depends upon the store if they do such deals. you should also tell this whole story to them about why do you need their paypal to pay manually. hopefully this method should work for you. good luck.

Your easiest way would probably be to use a debit card and load it with bitcoin, there will be fees associated to this though.

If you search the forum for bitcoin debit cards you will find the various different ones, some will ask you to purchase the card but there were a few that were offering free cards and I think Cryptopay was doing this a few weeks not sure if they still are though.

ask them whether they accept debit card or not,as i know if some stores did accept credit card they'll accept debit card too, after that you can order a plastic bitcoin debit card then load your money into it and finally you're able to use it everywhere
some of this bitcoin debit card also could be used to verify paypal account
