As I can see.. there are people who want this..!!

Yo dont have to stare at your screens.. it is very simple to reduce time (like I said before)..

(Then please tell me how should I improve the application that it fits for you??)

why is this too long?
its not hard to reduce the time.. thats the concept!

Because people don't want to sit there and stare at their screens doing nothing for 5 minutes.
Also if I go to another browser window the timer stops so I can't even run it in the background.

running this sort of site in the background would kinda be cheating

Speaking of cheating...I noticed that it was trivially easy to game the system by clicking the same ad (the only ad) over and over until the timer ran down.
Sorry about that http://www.weusecoins.com, hopefully they don't charge you multiple times for clicks originating from the same IP.

haha that was my idea

you're being paid to view the ads, not hide the window Cheesy

Used the website like half a hour ago or so and just received the coins, so it works

Now you need to find a way to have people pay for the advertise...

now it is up again and it seems to be working now!

@foxup: The peace of code you postet is manipulated by JavaScript! This means that when the count shows "0" these inputfields and buttons get enabled..
But I changed this too..

@bbit: I think you received your coins now!?? (The package is limited to 20 adresses now, so you get your money earlier..)

To all those complaining you can't the address input isn't clickable, it's not supposed to be clickable:
Code:

Removing disabled from both btcinput and send_btn causes it to... still not do anything. Absolutely nothing happens when you input an address and click send. I really don't understand how it's supposed to work, when the relevant inputs are disabled in the HTML source, and still don't do anything when they are enabled. Roll Eyes

EDIT: On closer inspection, it does do something when the inputs are enabled: it produces this in my error log:
Code:
GET http://www.fiveminutecoin.com/SendBTC.jsp?crypt=&btc=16ckuMmM53Mazo8sm7HShGARvzKDWWmhVt 500 Internal Server Error 633msp
I am not impressed so far.

Ah, I never realized that the middle button brings up the dialog to enter a bitcoin address...  When the timer runs out, the place in the top right where the timer runs out should remind the user that they need to bring up the bitcoin address dialog..  BUT even when I do that, I can't click on the space to enter my bitcoin address!!!!  It's just not clickable, the 'send' button is highlightable...  I'm using Firefox 12.

edit: I also never realized that these flaws were already mentioned.  keep up the good work bud, the site looks great just a tweak here or there and it'll be perfect!
