Few of my colleagues told me they quit bounty because many new projects are finding it very difficult to reach soft cap and those who manages to reach softcap ends up listing on ridiculous exchanges because of listing fee, a part of me feels like they are right because if a new project fails to aim for top exchange its game over,  the question now is why promoting new projects then?
Why are there still many people who promote these new projects even though we see many new projects that have failed because of not achieving softcap, I think this is a natural thing to happen because bounty hunters want to earn money and by promoting the new project they can get income although we know that many projects have failed because at this time it can be said that investors are hesitant to invest in new projects because they do not want to get failures from investments made.

I think all participants of the prize campaign project will not know the project they are taking part in and they are promoting it to be a project that fails and cannot reach SoftCap. the bounty participants certainly always hope that the project they follow can successfully reach softcap and hardcap. but it is very difficult to get investors so many projects that are not actually scam but also fail and become shitcoin because it cannot develop due to lack of funds.
we dont know its future when we start working all task in Bounty campaign.  We just do the best effort we could do to help promoting projects so many investors will know about it. But unfortunately after this projects success developers team could not keep project quality in market . all price dump and investors be affraid if they continue invest in new projects they will gain loss again. Its why so many projects failed now.

hope there are still projects that are able to give different ideas and are able to grow in competition with other successful crypto projects. Why keep promoting? yes, I still hunt in the hope that there will still be a good payment from my work on the campaign. I personally still choose the crypto project that I think has a future. at least last 2-3 years.
Good to see that you trust your decisions and want the crypto currencies’ market to expand but your top priority and first choice should be the old projects. It would be beneficial for you. Having good coins in such an intense market is hard task. All new coins have to struggle harder than the old ones due to increase in competition and scams. People do not go after the new ones and that makes a lot of sense too.
right. New projects must try harder to win the trust of investors. they can go down deeper than old coins. but I think it is currently a selection process, so that only good coins can survive and prosper with bitcoin. nowadays most people don't want to take risks and choose to buy coins that are already trusted

Some good bounties are always there and some are even paying in bitcoin. However, the value of received coins is not much due to depressed market conditions. When market turns really bullish, this will also change for the better.
well, currently those who still have the potential are those who can pay the campaign participants using the bitcoin method because at the moment there are a lot of bounty campaigns that provide payments using tokens that have little potential for success.

You are right, now the investment trend seems to be increasing in the old assets that are already on the market. and decreases investment in new projects because there is a possibility of scams or cannot develop and compete with old projects. the choice of old coins or trading for old coins is better and the trading market is more crowded.

Not as always as you said dude, in term of the how much payment that will be getting by the bounty hunters always depend on the development progress and not the trend. A good dev will always be considered as a good chance to bet by exchange site. The bad development always brings the token to the dead. The bullish trend doesn't matter a lot in this case and you can see how when bitcoin was getting bullish and altcoin was defending its position.

Since mid-2018 until now, the quality of bounties has tended to decline. Only a few bounties are truly qualified and in accordance with the initial agreement in providing compensation. Many fake projects, especially the market is saturated, making the development of the project is not good so it also impacts on the bounty.
We just need to adapt, however the bounty campaign is still very profitable. We must try harder to analyze, or choose bounties that are handled by trusted BMs such as Yahoo, Hhampuz, etc. who often pay bounties in BTC or ETH. Even though the rules are stricter, they at least provide guarantees. Or choose a bounty with a real project, ready to use, or one that already exists in the market.

It is obvious that in order to attract attention to the coin, it is necessary that it is traded on well-known exchanges. And I think it's really important. If the project doesn't strive for popularity and does not make every effort to do so, then this is really a reason to think.

The fact that cryptocurrency boom is way beyond its best moments as witnessed in 2017 or that cryptocurrency projects don't pay much anymore for airdrop and bounty hunters is not a requisite to stop promoting legit and profitable projects that may arise. Your friends should spend more time on research and on how to identify good projects because I still see some of them launch monthly. One of such good project is Alchemy which is a hybrid point of sales payment platform whose services are duly employed by stores such as Pricerite in Hongkong

Hello, I think that in fact all projects do not pay their bounty participants since they do not have money, all funds are in circulation and if they pay participants for the bounty, they can immediately lower the exchange rate on the exchange, since bounty participants are rarely interested in the project , they often just want to make money. Please tell me what kind of project this is, I can’t find the information, Alchemy!?

In the beginning many new projects were good, and just some were scams. Now situations is opposite, we have many scams, and here and there some good new project. Instead of quitting, people should learn how to spot a scam on time, how to avoid traps, and believe there are traps everywhere around in crypto, trading have more traps than any other crypto activity probably.
Some people lose money in crypto, some people make money, learning how to be in a group of winners is essential if you wish to survive for years in this cruel world.

You shouldn't do things based on your friends' point of view, the question should be whether you yourself are benefiting from it and whether the projects you have been promoting all this while is bringing in enough profit.

There are still a lot of good projects that are being successful and more are still joining the community every time. Your friends have tried and it didn't work out for them and they want to make you quit with them, that's not right. Whether you want to quit or not should be a decision you make for yourself and not them. So keep working hard, and be checking out tips that will help you know the best projects, in case you don't know any.

We are never about the success of new projects in the market but if we have done research on the project, I think that success depends on the market and also the developer team in developing the product. In my opinion, we are still working on the bounty because we believe that the project we are promoting has prospects even though the current market conditions are not good for almost all crypto.

It's IEO now. So concentrate on exchanges that are invited to work together. A quality exchange will usually guarantee greater success. Although it is not a full guarantee because there is always risk. Softcap and hardcap are indeed quite important measures, however how public interest can be seen from the success of fundraising.

If you do not believe in the success of new projects, then why are you still here? Among new projects, sometimes excellent projects with a great idea appear. That's why I continue to do this.

The major reason why projects are finding it difficult to raise funds is because of the present market conditions.  If prices start to rally,  the investors on the sidelines will eagerly purchase projects again as was the case in 2017. Even projects with strong partnerships are finding it difficult to raise funds, bounty hunters can still make money if they are diligent in finding and promoting high quality projects that are offering to pay in stablecoin

Either market is bad or not few project will still end up in a good state, the potential of every project matters alot, if they aren't good enough just excuse yourself and find the one that still looks like it will have better chance in today's bad market
