It's a cycle, so whenever a new project pops everyone would like to see and look for the decency and legitimacy of the project. And if they think that it's quite good enough for them, they'll look after the rewards and join later. I guess everybody is aware of that situation of this cycle that a new project has more chance of failing than succeeding but they keep on trying because that's all they want to do. So, no question on why they keep on promoting it but they have to be picky and choose the legit and avoid the scams.
Even you are a picky person but you can't simply find out that a certain project is legit or not cause most scammers now are smart enough to hide their intentions and looking they project, you can't feel that it was scammy one, and you can just figure it out later.
Sad to know that most bounty hunters become a victim to this and waste their time promoting for nothing. It was really disappointing into their side but isn't a reason why we quit, if we keep moving and keep searching, we can finally find out best and legit projects. Huge rewards are really tempting but this is also a way to hide who really they are. We'd never look into that but rather to look inside and to find that they are promising enough.

It is each person's right to stop or not, we do not force each other. I decided to stay here as a bounty hunter because this still provides many opportunities if we want to try harder to choose projects that are truly legit. Yes, although not as much as in 2017, this is enough to meet the needs. Besides that, for me, this is a very valuable side job, so it can't be missed.

Few of my colleagues told me they quit bounty because many new projects are finding it very difficult to reach soft cap and those who manages to reach softcap ends up listing on ridiculous exchanges because of listing fee, a part of me feels like they are right because if a new project fails to aim for top exchange its game over,  the question now is why promoting new projects then?

It is very rare to find a true unique project that survives in the market and gets a stable position in the market rankings. Some bounty hunters do not mind what will happen in the project as long as they are being compensated. Unless, those same hunters are also encouraged to invest for their own in the project.

Many people promote new projects that have the potential to fail because they do not know that the new project will fail. So they keep promoting projects that will fail. But if there is a good project but the project fails, and we promote we have no luck

I think crypto platform is a great opportunity to earn good money on short term, But we must have good knowledge in bounty campaign. Because both positive and spam projects are available in the market, so few only reach softcap and many bounty Hunters are never think the future earnings so knowledgeable bounty hunters are never quit the bounty campaign.
I think to be able to benefit in the short term is not an easy thing to do in cryptocurrency, to do that, of course we need to understand and have experience that makes us able to benefit in the short term and sometimes also people who understand about cryptocurrency Keith certainly can always benefit in the short term. And if we look at the bounty of the project when it is less in demand by many hunters because of the many new projects that turn into scams which then make the bounty hunters feel what is being done in vain.

Promoting new projects today is indeed full of questions and struggles. Sometimes, will the project we promote success and enter the market and pay the participants? If it is not successful they will not pay, even sometimes successful projects are running  not paying participants. Sometimes it seems like now we betting between winning or not.
That's true their so many question about this new project coming, So sometimes we are afraid to participate because if they did not paid us in the end of bounty. Some problem also if the project has not reach the soft and then the bounty it took to 8-10 weeks so we as a bounty hunter are worried about the payment so it this will come we must be ready and experience on us.

Hope is life that's why many are still doing bounty tasks they know very well that almost 99% new project doesn't reach to soft or hard cap but due to no other part-time job or due to hope that one day again market will go to its high position otherwise all bounty hunters are disappointed with current situation.
Right, just like what I am experiencing at the moment, even though I have been disappointed with some bounty, I am still working on a new bounty that is still running at the moment, because there is nothing I can do to make use of the free time available.

It is common for bounty hunters, if you regret it I think you are out of the bounty world and looking for a real job,
because you will definitely be paid  Grin

Not all projects are the same, you should treat every project, different from the other one, one project will not reach the softcap others will, some projects will not reach big exchanges, other projects will, your options is to research on what project to support and invest, a project that will likely reach soft cap and the big exchanges.

I will be prefer to look bounty campaign which paid in stable coin or some coins which have listed on several exchnges. The reason is quit simple I still get money to pay my work since I joined in it. I was bored when I took a part with bounty campaign and I didn't get paid eventually or I got paid but the token is not worth at all.

This sounds like gambling in a sense that selecting what projects we should advertise aka bounty is now based on chances since we can never tell if it is scam or not. Even if it is a success, we can never tell if it would pay or not. That’s why many people had given up on joining bounty campaigns nor investing in a project due to these news or their experiences in dealing with these kind of scam projects which utterly a waste of time since some joined at the very first week and would run for a couple of months just to find out that it would not pay or the token holds no value.

We do not need to give up with many new projects that arise but they are a lot of fraud that occurs, currently there are many new projects that have good potential. I think we can choose them carefully so as not to promote fraud projects

Instead giving up, some people should think about developing their technical skills. More skilled people have ability to do a better
research and to find possible glitches in bounties they plan to participate. Better technical skills will also improve chances for finding
a better paying job.
I agree that we have many new projects, some of them have potential, some are bad. It's on us to find the best ones!

2018 was the best year for cryptocurrency then which coin didn't dump even very old coin. So new projects can't dump in bear market, this isn't good plan to quit from crypto. Look back one year before of top coin, now some of them out of 10. New projects took the position after 2018.
This present market will deceive many people, it will make them feel like things will never change again, i think crypto investment is never for the weak, new projects can surely turn gold but will be hard to see this way

The point of promoting projects is to gather public interests. But even though we, the bounty hunters, did what we are supposed to do, it does not necessarily make the project successful. It will all go down how the public will react on the crypto itself and how the demand for the use of the crypto will play. If the nature of the crypto is not what the public would like to use, the project will find it difficult to impossible survive in the market.

As bounty hunters we should know how to distinguish a good and bad project before we promote it, do some research and look if the team is capable of doing what they promise on Whitepaper. there are lot of bounties out there which means an opportunity for bounty hunters like us, just learn how to select the good one that will worth our time and effort.

It's true the reason the new project stopped giving gifts is because the gift is considered effective and the cost is quite large compared to advertising on Google.  can post ads on google and can be seen all over the world
